My husband and I were looking for an upgrade from our old BMW and when my husband went to Ray Catena he worked with Iris V. She is AMAZING! She was able to help him find the car that he wanted after he changed his mind several times! Iris is very patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. We got the car we wanted and Iris made sure to help us fit it in our budget. I can’t express how grateful we are to all the help Iris gave us throughout this process. All of her calls and texts and superb service does not go unnoticed. She definitely made the car buying process a lot easier than our first experience.
