This is about the Prada store at Neiman Marcus. I bought a leather handbag but when I brought it home nobody liked it. So I decided to return it. The salesperson by the name of Stephanie (never encountered someone with her level of rudeness) decided that the shape of the bag has changed due to heat. I'm writing this review on July 29th 2023, the heat reached today 93°. I stopped by my hairdresser for an appointment which 1.5 hours. If the heat of the car for one hour and a half is going to change the shape of the bag, what kind of product am I getting for $3500.00 Rest assured I will be taking them to small claims court. In the meantime, don't shop there at all. If you're looking for unparalleled customer care and professionalism, shop elsewhere.

This is a review for the delivery of a very expensive item that was stolen by either someone at the NM warehouse or by Fedex. Ordered Baccarat Rogue twice, both times the box came empty and ripped up. Customer service gets at A+ for being helpful and fully refunding the cost, but it was very disheartening both times. Highly recommend going to the store in person for any and all luxury items. I hope the thieves at NM get caught and sent to jail.

It's funny how they all work like they're too good to do returns. One guy today working downstairs in the men's section 12/8/2022 stated, "i won't be finished here til later, you can return it at any register". Seriously, if you're too defensive to be in customer service/retail I suggest trying something less challenging. Next time i'll put it on youtube, reminded me of the movie Pretty Woman, hilarious!

Had such a great day here this weekend ! What a fabulous location amd great staff ! So helpful from shoes to dresses ! Jeanne helped me in shoes , could not have been anymore Pleasant ! Made wanting to buy so easy . Thank you Jeanne and thank you Westchester Neiman Marcus for always making my shopping a pleasant experience ! Kudos to you !
