SIlvio did a very good job at a reasonable price on some body work and, more recently, gave me advice after a dealer recommended very extensive work. I trust Silvio as an honest mechanic.

Was in an accident last night and needed a new tire fast. They took me right at 7 AM and replaced the tire quickly and efficiently. Silvio also noticed that my inspection was up and did that for me too, probably saving me a ticket. Great experience and I'm glad to have found such a great place. Highly recommend.
Edit: Post Road Service did the body work too. I am so thrilled with the results. I was broken hearted over the damage to my car, I never thought it would look the same. Silvio and his guys made it look like new - it's like it never even happened. Cannot recommend highly enought.

Avoid this chop shop at all cost!!!!! Brought my car there for them to attached back the clips that was pulled down from a tree branch getting caught under it. They did screw down back the housing however guy rolls my window down when he pulled my car into the bay. When they drove out my car the windows,back up camera radio and driver seat all lost power. He pulls back the car inside whatever they did the radio starts working again however my window is still rolled down. Never came across a more disrespectful unprofessional worthless workmanship.

I brought my 2009 Pilot for a new transmission - I knew my current transmission would have to be completely replaced. The initial price I received was a bit high - but also fair IF quality work was done.It has now been about 6 months - my car runs amazing - their work is truly quality - with quality parts.A couple of other pearls: 1. The price ended up being lower than the initial quote and 2: they not only put in a new transmission, but they also fixed my brake lights, tires pressures and replaced all my fluids (including a synthetic oil change) - there is still no "lights" going off - which is amazing - not even a tire light. If you want quality work at a descent price - this is it. He's not the cheapest but the prices are very fair - yet I still feel like I got a good deal due to the quality of work.

After being told by my dealership that I needed to pay around $1700 for brake pads and rotors because all four were dangerously low, I checked with Costco to see what service provider they recommended: Post Road Service and Tire. I checked with a friend who is also a Costco member. She said she’d just used them and they were great. So, I called and was offered same day service at about half the price. They were so polite and quick, and as it turned out only the front two needed replacing. I ended up saving over $1,200. On top of their already great price, you get a discount as a Costco member. I will definitely be returning.

I'm becoming used to the surly nature of people in this area of the country - otherwise I'd consider that in my review; however I don't think they've much of a choice when it comes to being gruff - especially over the phone.I'd meant to come in earlier for an inspection after being told a good time to walk in but arrived 2 hours later just to see if I could knock out that task of the day and they took me almost right away and it was quick and painless. The person doing the inspection was polite and the pricing was typical for a NY inspection.

During my 5-hour journey back home at 7 am, I got a flat tire. There were limited options for tire shops that early. Luckily, I stumbled upon Post Road Service and Tire Center, which happened to be open. I contacted them and Silvio told me to bring my car right in. Silvio was able to get the necessary tires for my car and got me on way. Going above and beyond, he even took the time to provide treats and water for my dog. I would definitely return to Post Road Service and Tire Center for any car-related issues. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
