Planet Fitness in White Plains is by far the best location I've ever been to. The space is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The equipment is up-to-date and there's a wide variety of machines to choose from.

The actual gym is great. But imagine paying for a gym membership, then paying for parking, just to pay for a parking ticket because one of your wheels is touching the white line.
