I went there to have my car serviced. They kept it for two days and then said they didn’t find any problem. When they handed the car back, I showed them the issue, and the service manager came over and apologized. He asked me to leave the car for one more day so they could fix it. I won’t go there again.

I have to say that it was pleasant visit. My salesperson Grisneidy was great had the CT5 V car ready for test drive . She explained most of what I needed to know without any pressure whatsoever. Pepe Cadillac it's lucky to have her on their sales force.

LUCY!!! That’s all you need to know. She is UNREAL. I called her to return a car that I didn’t purchase at Pepe and she was the only person (after trying Mt kisco and a few other dealers) who not only said yes but was above and beyond helpful in doing so. While I was there I mentioned that our new Cadillac xt4 (that I didn’t buy there) was giving us some trouble and that my daughter was driving it currently. Lucy was not happy to hear the car was not perfect and she was really unhappy to know a young 22 yr old young lady was driving it in PA when it wasn’t perfect. She promptly gave me her personal cell and said to text her with a date that would work to bring it in. Sure enough I did and she got me a date and a loaner and followed up numerous times to confirm. I cannot say enough nice things about her and truthfully how Jasson in service handled our car as well. We will 100% be back and buy our next Cadillac from them. Lucy for President!!!!!

Had the pleasure of working with Jack, Bryan, and Frank on a new Cadillac Lyriq. Phenomenal experience all around! Leased a new Cadillac recently from Pepe. Both Michael Lombardo my sales rep & Frank the Finance manager were a pleasure to work with. Michael quickly was able to match my preferred vehicle within my budget & I spent only a few hours at the dealership in total before my vehicle was ready to roll! Michael was also a great communicator and man of his word! I highly recommend Pepe Cadillac!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
AFTER BRINGING MY CAR FIRST THING IN THE AM, AND NOT EVEN LOOKING AT IT ALL DAY, AND MAKING SEVERAL UNSUCCESFULL ATTEMPTS THRU THE SERVICE REP TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, THEY NOW SAY MY CAR IS TOO OLD.
It is a 2002 Seville STS.
Very unsympathetic service manager tells me to take it to another dealer, despite the fact that the service rep told me they have at least two skilled technicians that could work on the car.
I'll tell you after this overall terrible experience, I certainly would not go here to buy a new car.
Old car discrimination is what I would call this.

Efrain was great. Pepe had the EXACT car my son wanted. We had to drive up from NJ, but all the paperwork was done when we arrived, they rolled out the red carpet for us, and everything went through Precisely as we had arranged with NO FUSS! We were on our way back home in an hour, and were delighted with the Pepe Cadillac experience!

This was my fourth experience in purchasing a vehicle. And I noticed that exactly this experience was really great and so easy. I started with Kyle Lashley. He found me the vehicle by the VIN and the color that exactly was my dream car. I appreciate his help. When I was ready to come to the dealership to move forward Kyle had a day off and he transferred me to Efren Panjon. Efren answered all my questions and did a professional job. In two hours I got a brand-new Cadillac. Thank you, guys, for the professional job, and great service! And also thank you MR Frank for the best interest rate!
