The store has a nice vibe and good selection. They can do custom orders. Good boot fitters - my last pair had a hot spot that they drilled out - perfection. I especially enjoy the vintage gear and photos decorating the walls. I used some of that stuff back in the day! Like leather lace-up boots and cable bindings.

Love this place! Local mom and pop store that’s been around for over 60 years! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is so nice and the shop has amazing high tech gear as well as fashionable winter clothing for men and women. The owners are always around and the employees are so nice and helpful. They take the time to measure and fit you correctly and recommend all that you need to have an amazing ski experience. Highly recommend going here!

I stopped by to get heaters put in my boots ... Very knowledgeable, low pressure sales , explained new technology ( my boots were 10 ++ yrs old) I picked up some new kicks skied with them this past weekend .... i am very happy .THAN YOU !!! GREAT KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF !!!!! Great selection , Im a Happy customer

It is likely the best ski shop around. It might appear on a pricy side, but buying with them you get full technical support.I’ve been renting a gear from them for some times, but eventually I purchased new pair of skis that turned out to be a little too long for East Coast groomers. Owen helped us to replace it for shorter, brand new set without hesitation. He did also excellent job in heat molding my ski boots and liners.

Overall a fair option for a one-stop shop for family-vacation winter equipment rental and buy.skis, boots, clothing, helmets and have season-long equipment rentals for mass-market but nothing specialist like raceThe older sales staff give good advice and guidance, some younger/high-school age sales staff better avoid.They don’t have specialized stuff like race boots/skis (or not much choice of items), back-protectors and so on.

I brought in a pair of high-end skis whose recent tunes at other shops were OK but nothing special. I asked Pedigree to tune the skis so that they'd "ski like new" and THEY DID! This was probably the best tune I've ever had and made me an even more loyal customer of Pedigree. Their tune was a game-changer by dispelling the notion that a ski will never perform as when new. Next up are new boots, which will make my 3rd consecutive pair fitted at Pedigree. Great shop!

Excellent customer service and great selection of skis and apparel. Recently bought new skis, boots, bindings and the sales associates at Pedigree were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend Pedigree for anyone in need of ski or snowboard equipment as well as expert advice!
