I recently ruptured my achilles so finding the right sneaker was crucial. Sale rep Chris was patient in allowing me to try multiple sneakers and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and even more so, Chris.

April 9th 2024, I purchased a sneaker, fresh foam 840. Suzanne was my salesperson she was very professional will come again I drove all the way from Virginia because they don't have New Balance free-standing store, of course I had other business to take care of LOL. Like the new design of the store.Nice experience as always.
