Closing at 7 while every other location closes at 8 is diabolical. Drove out for no reason, ended up spending in Jersey location instead. It’s my own fault for going without noticing but customer feedback nonetheless.

The store is typical of Neiman Marcus - laid out well, very good service, and some high prices. This store has some ongoing renovation on the top floor, so the down escalator was not in service.

The worst Neiman Marcus with the worst customer service. It was three minutes before closing, and the gentleman at the shoe department refused to open the register and help me. He told me to just come in the morning.

Stephanie is the absolute best!!! she assisted me with a last minute valentines gift that was only available in this location. She was kind courteous and so professional, even though she worked for a different department she was courteous and got me the right person to help out!!! cant thank her enough?

handbag salespeople couldn’t be more rude/dismissive. just came in looking for an xmas gift for my wife. asked if they carried il bisante as it has some sentimental value. they very rudely said no it’s only online, hardly looked up from their cash register, didn’t even attempt to ask if I’d like to peruse other options. I must not have been dressed well enough to be worthy of their attention ?made my way out and over to LV and dropped a pretty pennny just in spite. NM staffers, it’s about time you learned not to judge a book by its cover <3

The short little white middle eastern women with a accent racially profiled me. I will never return there again. I felt so uncomfortable she made me feel like my presence was a stain to their white establishment. I'm sorry I'm too tan for your liking.

My son and I spent about $1,500 in the beginning of August there was a promotion if you spend a certain amount of money you are to receive $125 gift card after a couple of months I never received that gift card I gave them a call they said they had the wrong address a few more months went by and I still have not received the representative in the store told me if I don't receive this gift card give her a call and she did not respond but a few days after I made my purchase she had no problem with contacting me making sure that I understood that she gets a commission if I order online and put it through her
