BUYER BEWARE! The quality and service at this store has SIGNIFICANTLY declined in the past few years since I originally became a customer in 2018. This place has become a budget suit store ran by snake oil salesman masquerading as unskilled tailors. Being an existing customer, I simply wanted to update my measurements since I was 90% certain that I was simply going to purchase my old suit jacket in my new measurements since it could no longer be altered. However, I wanted some time to think about it, since there was a small possibility of me choosing a different color/fabric. I wanted to talk it over with my wife one more time and get her opinion on the color/fabric etc. The short man that was running the store, refused to measure me unless I 100% committed to purchasing the suit before he measured me. KEEP IN MIND, I WAS ALREADY IN THE STORE PICKING UP PANTS THAT NEEDED TO BE ALTERED THAT MATCHED THE SAME EXACT JACKET I WAS CONSIDERING RE-PURCHASING. The salesman told me he didn’t want to waste his time measuring me if I was not 100% certain ordering the suit jacket at that very moment, and also told me that my measurements are specific to the style or fabric that I choose. That may or may not be true, but I highly doubt it. I simply wanted him to update my measurements in their system so I could call in the order later on, it’s not like my measurements are proprietary to My.Suit and I was going to take them somewhere else, I just wanted it in there system so I could order later more easily. The use car salesman tactics deployed by this tiny man were sleazy and unnecessary especially since I was very willing to purchase the suit jacket, but his extreme desperation to lock in a sale at that very moment in order to hit his sales quota forced me to take my business elsewhere. This is not the place for professionals, both young and older like to purchase a suit or those shopping for suits for a wedding. There are much better options out there. This store has devolved into a place where MAYBE high school kids go suit or tux for prom. Stay away from this My.Suit location, it has become mad ghetto and cheap.

I went in for my first custom tailored suit for my wedding. Chris Jordan was a blast to work with! Super energetic and passionate with his work. Chris puts your needs at the forefront and works with you thoroughly to make sure you are nothing but pleased! I can't recommend Chris at MySuit enough!

We went to get a suit for my husband. We walked in and I believe we turn in invisible people. We were waiting for someone who help us out but the woman was the entire time on her phone and the guy as soon as his customer left ignored us completely, he was more concerned to checked his white suit on the mirror and the woman was still on her phone. No one even said “I’ll be with you guys or just a moment”. The most weird feeling in a store I ever had and an awful service. I’d give zero stars to My Suit at The Westchester mall.

Over the past few years, I bought two suits at My Suit in White Plains, NY and I love them both! The friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated staff are fantastic at helping experienced suit shoppers as well as those of us that don't know as much (like me) through the process of selecting the proper fabric, fit and style. Richard at the White Plains store was so helpful and friendly that I will definitely go back to buy another suit as soon as the need arises.

Over the past few years, I bought two suits at My Suit in White Plains, NY and I love them both! The friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated staff are fantastic at helping experienced suit shoppers as well as those of us that don't know as much (like me) through the process of selecting the proper fabric, fit and style. Richard at the White Plains store was so helpful and friendly that I will definitely go back to buy another suit as soon as the need arises.

I purchased a custom suit from MySuit for my wedding day, and I am deeply disappointed with the experience. While the tailor initially seemed knowledgeable and helpful, the quality of the suit and subsequent customer service left much to be desired.I want to start by saying the tailor's recommendation for the fitting appeared to be fine, and I trusted her expertise ensuring a proper fit. However, just a while into my wedding reception, the pants of the suit catastrophically ripped. The tear ran from the base of the zipper all the way up to more than half of the backside - an embarrassing and unhideable situation on a special day.I want to emphasize that I wasn't doing any erratic dancing that could justify a tear. It was my wedding day, I had every right to enjoy the celebration.Upon contacting MySuit, I expected a more empathetic response from the company. Instead, I was met with disappointment. The representative that I spoke with (also the tailor) informed me that I would have to bear the full cost of the replacement pants.I paid $800 for this suit (which is a significant amount for me). Why would I spend more money for another pair of pants that are likely to rip?To make matters worse, the tailor I spoke with had the audacity to put the blame on me, suggesting that my dancing style might have caused the tear. Again, this is the same person that fitted me for the suit. It's disheartening to receive such a response from a company that claims to provide "custom" solutions and prides itself on its expertise.I cannot recommend MySuit based on my experience. Their lack of accountability, poor craftsmanship and unhelpful customer service has left me with an $800 suit that I can no longer wear.

I went there for my 50th Bday suit. I was very happy with the suit. The service, though, was left on the table. I was told I needed an appt and I had to come back. I understood i showed up as soon as they opened ,but the store was absolutely empty, and other representatives were willing to assist me.Once I paid for my suit, the appt time went out the window. During the week, I was told to call and ask in case the suit was ready earlier . I gave the representative my information on the phone because I lived far and was then told it was ready. Then my sales representative, the one that gave me mediocre service, got on the phone and said no after I was clearly told my suit was in the store after providing all the information needed . Being guided by that and I didn't have much time when it was time to pick up my suit ,my time was split with another customer. The same female representative who stated that they gave each person undivided attention was a sole disappointment. The false truths on the phone, the change of attitude whn asking about appts, and the split divided attention left a real terrible experience for me . I waited a while to do my review as my suit was prepared on Sept 2022 , but as of today, I still feel the same. First experience disappointment ? . But I did like my suit, not the service .

Amazing customer service Cassie was super informative and patient with our son as we sized him for his prom suit. Hands down best customer service and truly a reflection for what MY SUIT represents!

I went with my future husband to purchase a suit for our wedding and had the pleasure of working with Cassie. Cassie is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Her humor and people skills made the experience actually enjoyable. She thought of EVERY last detail to make sure my fiancé's suit fit perfectly. It's nice to work with someone who truly enjoys their job and is great at it!

Just picked up my suit today and could not be happier!I was fitted by Richard M, and he completely dialed it in: suit fits like a glove.Compared to other options out there for custom/semi-custom suits, I believe that my.suit offers an incredible value and also remarkably quick turn-around. Highly recommend my.suit, and especially the Westchester location, and Richard M.

I purchased a suit from MySuit around a month ago. Cassie was amazing during the process, taking the time to answer all my questions and figure out small details. If you are looking for professionalism and good quality service, this is the place to go. Cassie is an amazing consultant who cares for how you look on your special day. She helped my husband find the color and material he was looking for and he couldn't find it anywhere, however Cassie came up with this beautiful color that matched our description. The price is right, the services are right, and the quality is right.
