My engine oil was low and I was traveling from NY to MA.I stopped here to see if I could fix the issue.Even though the servicing store was closed, the individual next door helped me refill my engine oil.Keep up the great work and attitude ?

Our car broke down on the Hutchinson Parkway and was towed to this service station. Kalvin was extremely helpful, offered us a cool beverage, and checked out our vehicle with the diagnosis computer within minutes. The engine had a complete failure and would either need to be reworked or replaced. Kalvin quickly advised that since we are under warranty and there was a recall two years ago for engine failure, to have the car towed to a Hyundai garage. He made great recommendations for tow services, rental car facilities, and which Hyundai garage was preferred. We were very thankful for Kalvin's assistance and follow-through. Months later, when we sought out reimbursement claims from Hyundai, Kalvin quickly acknowledged the service representative that we did have work performed at the service station and paid in full for the services. His personal touch and recommendations during a very stressful experience are the reason his service station deserves a 5-star rating. If I ever break down or need gasoline in that area again, I will definetly swing by this service station!
