Great service, very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Our Sales Rep Jefferson Almonte was outstanding he went above and beyond and we got the deal done in record time , highly recommend him if you are looking for a Mercedes go to white plains and ask for Jeff , we were in and out in less than 20 minutes and the car was delivered on time by Mr. Almonte the following day. ……. I heard about the dealership on the radio and met every expectation my wife and I had. Highly recommend it.!!

We went to White Plains when I got my first GLC 300 in 2018 . It was a lease. I decided to go back to get another GLC 300 because I really like it. This time I bought one and it’s the new redesigned GLC 300. I am not so happy with it because the 12V socket was eliminated as part of standard feature which I wasn’t aware of when we were building our car. So disappointed because that’s very important when traveling when we needed to charge various devices.Anyway, although I am disappointed with Mercedes, am giving the dealer A 5 star because of the staff, Daniel Malone, who was very helpful and tried his best to accommodate our various requests. He was very professional, patient, communicative and courteous.

We got fantastic service from Albert. He was patient, professional and very helpful getting us acclimated to our new car.He even arranged for a big white bow in the car when we walked out to see it! Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

My wife and I wanted to upgrade to a luxury car this year and we have been doing a lot of research between Mercedes-Benz and BMW. We decide to go to both dealerships the same day. We went to BMW first because it is next to my wife’s job. We were told someone would helps us and I notice there was a lot of representatives available but they decided to wait for the Hispanic representative to be available to help us and I found that very disappointed. The sales representative didn’t give us his 100% attention and he never followed through with our questions and needs. We felt discriminated. I told my wife let’s get out of here and let’s go to Mercedes-Benz, we got there at 6:50 PM and the receptionist told us you were about to close but a representative reach out to us and his name is Frank Crosby and told us to go look at the cars. We told him what we need it and he showed us two of the options he had. He went to his computer and printed out the fee estimates for both cars and told us to come the very next day. He gave me his business card and we actually touch base the very next day via email and I gave him my budget and he told me that I should come back and see the card. We came back the very next day and we saw the car but my wife and I wanted different things and features that the car didn’t have. So he invited us to his desk and he took time to look for a vehicle for us with our needs and he found the perfect car for us, he actually found our dream car and it had everything we both wanted and it fit our budget. I put a deposit on the car right away and we now own it because Frank never gave up on us and he did he best to find us this car. The reason I am telling you my whole story is because even though we are Hispanic and we were not treated like that at your competition, Frank did the opposite and showed us there is still hope in the world and sales representative like Frank Crosby is the ones you need at your company. He is the best at his work and I really appreciate him. When the car was delivered he did showed me how everything inside of the car works. He went far and beyond with his customer service. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of White Plains and Frank Crosby as a sales representative.

We were first time purchaser, and Daniel A helped a lot. He knows so much about Mercedes-benz car, detail of each feature, and very passionate educating buyer like us. DO NOT bring your car here.Because of their short staffing, delays, and inability to communicate I have been without a car for 3 weeks, only to find out that my car needs extensive work and parts that are backordered. They are unable to estimate how long this will take, saying it will "probably" take "months".They are unable to provide a loaner car, since apparently their policy is they do not provide loaner cars. This has not been my experience with other Mercedes dealerships in the past. They clearly do not care about providing ANY service, let alone good service. This is one of the biggest regrets of my life to bring my car in to this location, rather than any other location. Shame on you.

We bought our first MB SUV from MBWP in July. Our salesperson was Bruno Parisi. He was fantastic from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. By the end of our appointment with him, we felt like family.The day of pick up could not have gone any smoother. Everything was very organized. Karla was great as she showed us everything we needed to know about the car and answered all of our questions.My husband and I are looking forward to having a nice long relationship with Mercedes Benz of White Plains.

I went to Mercedes Benz of White Plains Thursday. I told the receptionist I would like to trade in my 2021 C300 for a 2023 C300. She said someone would come to take care of me but no one ever did. I told the receptionist I would go to Greenwich Mercedes. Thats exactly what I did. No rating=no service!

Horrible experience! My husband was treated as like complete trash! At first they refused to help him at all because apparently the only two people who could help him were both unavailable (one on vacation). The tone of voice given to him was very vague and unenthusiastic. My husband had to explain that he had everything in order with the bank, vin number for the car as well as juggle some pears in order to change the sales persons tone of voice and actually get some help.The only salesperson available to help him still made my husband wait a full hour while they went to lunch before helping him…..I guess Mercedes salespeople don’t get paid by commission, or their judgmental, stereotypical and racist.

Leased my vehicle from this dealership brand new back in May 2019. In May of 2023 I went in to convert the lease to a finance since the lease ended. Did the paperwork, they gave me temporary plate that expired back on June 5th I have been calling every week since, I even stopped by a week ago. As of today 7/11/2023 I still have the expired plates (expired on 6/5/2023 and no one can tell me what is going on. Today, I was told by my sales rep Frank that my title came back and the miles were recorded wrong and I might have to go to motor vehicles myself to get it registered. I have no faith at this point and what about my refund since I already paid for the dealer to take care of the plates/registration? I have already started to pay for my finance since June and have not been able to drive where I want to since I fear getting pulled over. Oh which I was told they would pay for, I don't care about that, I just don't want the embarrassment of being pulled over for something that is out of my control. I even asked about extending the temporary and was told that cant be done. I am very upset about the treatment that I am getting and will give you guys an opportunity to fix it ASAP, or I am going to blast this dealership on social media.

I had a fender bender in my brand new car (less than 1000 miles). I was so miserable when I took it to MB of White Plains. Zoraida Gonzalez a body shop service advisor was immediately engaged and sympathetic. She sent several status update emails and had the car ready in two weeks. My service advisor, not sure of name, was also very sensitive to my emotional upset. I cannot speak more highly of the care my car and I received from this team.

This was my first time working with Mercedes so I was unsure what to expect. We came from out of town to purchase our car, and Amir had everything all ready to go for us upon arrival. Amir is a professional and made sure the process was entirely seamless. The services provided by Amir, Robert, and Karla were exemplary. Everyone we worked with at Mercedes Whiteplains is kind and very knowledgeable in their respective departments. The car is nothing short of amazing!

What a terrific experience I had with this dealership! I cannot say enough about Rashane Hibbert and the team here top to bottom from finance through delivery. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend them. I generally hate the car buying / leasing process - and they made it a breeze. I called Saturday, had an appointment two hours later and the car was ready to be delivered same day (in the exact color, model etc. I wanted). Amazing! This is unheard of. Do not even think about going anywhere else - and ask for Rashane. He's the man. -- Matt R.

Don’t waste your time dealing with this dealership. We put a deposit to look at a GLS in February which we didn’t like. It’s been 3 months waiting to get this money back and many phone calls. Sebastian was who we dealt with for the car search and the customer service was so bad that we decided to go to Mercedes in Manhattan. They quoted us crazy prices monthly and not willing to negotiate. We got the car we wanted from the Manhattan location, a great deal with them and great customer service
