the customer services sucks. The girl in front with round face is always looking to argue with customers or saying no to services. very nasty and lack of ethics. experience there is always very sour with her service. will be nice to know who is the person in charge.

Dear owner,your stores have to have workers use plastic or rubber gloves..my sandwiches are made with bare hands..thats not sanitary..i visit both lake st and post road stores.no one is wearing hair nets or gloves....please tell your staff.
