I always hated shopping for clothes, because I couldn't find things that flatter my shape or put together outfits on my own. I even tried a personal shopper at a large retailer and it just didn't work. Shopping was more of a tiring chore than fun activity- until I recently found Marc Cain at The Westchester. I am a convert! They helped style me in outfits that look great and I feel great in. Their collections mix and match and a lot of the clothes don't require dry cleaning. They are comfortable too. I now have work and play gear that fits great, really flatters me, and is comfortable- from clothes, to shoes, to coats. They've made shopping fun and easy. Each time I was there, I noticed the staff did the same for the other customers of different shapes and sizes and all of us left feeling terrific. I've been back a few times and each time has felt like hanging with a bunch of friends who help you look your best. I don't write reviews- but this best kept secret needs to get out!!

Virginia and Vanessa are truly AMAZING! Marc Cain clothing is on another level - beautiful fabrics and manufacturing - so the clothing speaks for itself. HOWEVER, Virginia and Vanessa take it to a whole 'nother level. I've been working with them for several years remotely - and they are able to find me gems in my size and style - without being there! Patience, superb listening skills and their true love for the brand makes this store experience outstanding! I truly wish I could carry them in my pocket. Thank you ladies for all you do - I hope Marc Cain Corporate knows what treasures you are!!

This store is a hidden gem. The quality of the merchandise is fabulous. They have a massive amount of choices- and put together incredible « looks » from sportswear to resort, sport , professional basics. The manager, Virginia provided a true personal, sweet, professional and attentive shopping experience. Thank you for patience and caring attention, caring about how we felt and looked! Much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back!

As I walked in the Marc Cain store, the staff welcomed me and assisted me with pairing my clothing together. I felt comfortable with the personal attention I got. It was a beautiful experience that you cannot find anywhere else.

I live in Minnesota but came across this store by phone while looking for a MC dress that I couldn’t find in my home state. Virginia Prekas went above and beyond to help service me remotely, not only finding an alternative to the dress, but making many other great recommendations! I have been so impressed by her exceptional customer service and willingness to make sure her customers are more than happy! Thanks Virginia and Marc Cain!

I highly recommend the Marc Cain store at The Westchester. The clothes are classic with an updated and edgy twist . The quality and construction are top notch. Virginia and her staff are such a pleasure to deal with and provide great style advice. The accessories are beautiful too.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by an associate with a smile and was informed of any promotions that were currently active. KD was excellent with helping me fine various clothing for gifts for the holidays, something I'm not shy to admit. There are many stores that have great associates, but Marc Cain in White Plains, NY went the extra mile. I had to ship some clothing out for the coming holidays and KD helped to the best of knowledge with packaging and even how to fold the clothing so it doesn't become wrinkled which I will admit I can use for my own clothing as well. I was given up-to-date information on the garments ordered to the store and they held it for me until I was ready to go into the store to pick up (3 weeks later). I will shop there in the future as my experience was great from beginning to end. I recommend them if you're in the Westchester Mall in White Plains, NY.

Love this store! Virginia is exceptional at pulling together looks and helping me navigate social engagements with the right clothes. She stays in touch and lets me know about special events and makes herself available to me if I need help choosing accessories at home. Great clothes, great service!

I'm not a resident of Westchester County but I have friends and family who are and when I visit them, I always try to get to the Westchester mall. I happen to walk into Marc Cain and loved many products but really didn't think they would work for me. Virginia, the manager, approached me in the most casual way and I immediately felt comfortable. She is an amazing stylist who put great pieces together for me that I would have never thought to. I love my Marc Cain clothing and I wouldn't shop there if it wasn't for Virginia's talent.

I would highly recommend this store. I know you might walk by, but don't, go in! Virginia and all of her sales associates are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but friendly and very helpful. They dress all body types, which is very important. I consider myself a consummate shopper, but Virginia put outfits together that have become my uniform. After discovering Marc Cain I have literally transformed my wardrobe. I am wearing a Marc Cain dress today!
