Mike Paris made the (typically painful) process of buying a house great. He makes everything super simple and easy to understand, explains the process so we know what to expect, gives us things to do to put us in a better position to borrow, and always available if we need something. Second time working with Mike and if I have to do the process again he'll 100% hear from me!

Okay so I went through 4, yes 4 mortgage brokers who were seriously the worst. Thank the heavens above I was introduced to Mira Dick and Jordana Delveccio when I did because I was ready to throw in the towel with brokers and finding a home. Guys, please run to Jordana for your mortgage broker needs. She's so thorough, friendly, funny, no b.s. and will answer all your questions!

Jordana DelVecchio, is AWESOME, but because of my odd employment pattern in the last two years we couldn't get the rate I wanted with her. But, she is go nice and good at her job. AND, even though I didn't use her she helped me navigate the awful experience I had with my broker. I can't recommend Jordana enough and I wish I would have gone with her. _______

Mike Paris worked with me for 2 years trying to find the perfect home. He was also available to talk whether it was 9am or 9pm whether he was on vacation or at his daughter’s sports game he was there. He explained everything clearly and highlighted the need to know stuff. We had a tough appraisal but Mike stayed positive and open about his concerns. We closed a few weeks ago. Mike became family and I look forward to working with him again to refinance or buy more homes! A true pleasure!
