I have had to use the wonderful service of LifeFone more times that I ever anticipated. The circumstances varied from falling in the house, falling on the back step (splitting open again my head injury) requiring taking ambulance to hospital falling while walking on a walk several blocks from house to slipping off the bed. When ever I leave the house or am 250 miles away from home base I know I am always covered. My devise is never off my wrist and my GPS always in my purse. I am reminded when it is sitting properly in the cradle and when the battery is low. Thank you LifeFone

We got the LifeFone for our 90 yr old mother. She has used it twice. Once, when none of her family could be reached. It was an emergency. She didn't originally think she needed it, but now relies on it. Because we are hours away, we feel more comfortable, too.

I am very pleased with LifeFone services. Since signing up for our Mother, our family has peace of mind through their monitoring capabilities. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Patience is a key ingredient when dealing with the elderly and communication services and devices! I strongly recommend LifeFone for peace of mind and the quality service they provide to our family!

My LifeFone is my best friend. I have had to use it a few times and I feel safe knowing I have it close to me. As soon as I push the button, I know help is on it's way. That makes me feel very safe and my family is happy with it also.

We could not be mor satisfied users of the Lifefone products!!! The team is amazingly responsive and kind. Most importantly, it enables us to keep our parents safe and happy at home. I cannot recommend them enough! In addition, with the mobile product, they are safe wherever they go!!!!

Love this company! They have detected a fall 2 times for my father, he was able to get help in minutes. The customer service has been so helpful and kind.

Would really like to give 0 stars. The service does not work everywhere, when my 82 year old mother called several times she was told to go by a window or see if it worked outside, what is the point when the reason for getting the service was because she fell in her bedroom. Don't waste your money It was also difficult to get any credit for the 2 months it didn't work. They gave a credit for 1 month only. Get some blink cameras for $30 a year. In response to LifeFone none of the response is true including that her service was fine in June. The system does not work everywhere so you can only have an emergency in the areas the service works STAY AWAY Not only is it a terrible service they lie about the events that take place!!!

It's comforting to have a backup in the VIP. And the fall detection works. I put the VIP in my pant pocket (not recommended) and bumped something with my leg. Got a spontaneous call through VIP to ask if I was OK. A bit embarrassing, but fall protection works just fine thank you. And I've checked that they can locate me at my secondary home while walking the dog. They pinged me and located me right away. The voice is loud and clear, and a real person. All pluses. I've yet to activate the daily call-in as I'm not sure what would be the best time for that call. Highly recommend Lifefone if you need a backup.ADDENDUM (four stars) 8/2/23I cancelled the service. Over the years I've noticed a reduction in active monitoring. Where they used to contact me if I failed to test the service once a month, now I'd go months and never hear from them. Also when the VIP pendant failed to hold its charge they never called me about losing it. I'm not sure they even noticed.So I called them and they immediately sent a replacement for the failed pendant. Unfortunately it was not the same model as the one they were replacing. I did not like the new model because it was too big to wear as a necklace and had no smaller version that I might use as a necklace when taking showers and walking around the house. So now I'm relying on my cell phone to keep in touch with emergency care.I can't recommend them now because I'm not confident that they're monitoring as well as they should.

I would like to give this company a negative rating! I attempted to sign up for the service and gave them my billing information twice. Not only did they still get it wrong, when I informed Marty that I was no longer interested as I took it as a sign not to deal with them, Marty called me a loser. I’m already dealing with putting everything in place for my loved one and to deal with this. What’s also unforgettable is that he has our personal information. I’ve never experienced customer service so disrespectful and bad.Update: A manager just posted a message having them having the incorrect information. I’d like to hear those calls. I don’t think that the Rep took it down correctly. I went with another Company and everything was done within 10 minutes. The equipment was received two days later so who was the problem?

I've been researching medical alert devices. Lifefone had been recommended to me, so I called. Nicole took my call and was so very awesome in letting me know that their product did not work well with my Dad's landline carrier, CenturyLink. She suggested a cell-based system, but my Dad is adamant about his landline.Absolutely great customer service, even though you didn't make a sale! Keep up the good work Nicole!
