My favorite spot for jeans. The customer service here is so friendly and personable. The tailor here has been doing my pants for three years and I have no complaints. Crystal is magic with her hemming abilities. She is like a genie with a crystal ball. The red tag club is so clutch. I am very happy with my buys.

truly if I could give negative stars, I would. I was referred by my friend who is a regular levis gal to get some tailoring done. I have heard so much about their shop, however after having some simple customization done by their "tailor", I realize that they are truly just another retail chain hiring anyone who walks in. this "tailor" claims she went to fashion school, however she takes AGES to get anything done and the stitching on my shirts was crooked and thick. you could tell she really struggled to complete the task. I do not believe she went to any such fashion school, let alone even watched a simple YouTube tutorial on how to use a sewing machine. the staff was truly unprofessional and they had to ask a supervisor if they even offer the correct services. NO ONE WAS TRAINED HERE. I will be taking my business back to the city at a more trusted locations like Times Square

Called this store this afternoon to ask what their hours were and they said they’re open until 9pm. When I arrived at 8:15 it was already closed and the employees there were incredibly rude and utterly unapologetic for having provided the wrong information. Update your Google profile and please take accountability for providing incorrect information over the phone and wasting peoples time.

I'm a jeans girl. To be specific- a Levi's girl through and through. I have high-waisted, I have straight legs, have bell bottoms, have overalls, high-waters, skinnies, ripped on the knee ones, have zip flies and button-flies in practically all shades. Levi's is all about the fit which I love. Came to The Westchester Christmas Eve '21 to use an old (very old) gift card and was told it's so old the barcode numbers changed from like 16 to what they're now- 20 (or something like that). Old. I was helped by one swift gentleman who got customer service on the phone and I was emailed a link for a brand spanking new Levi's $40 e-gift card in like 2 days. Thank you again. I'm excited that The Westchester has its own Levi's Store. It's nowhere near as big as the old NYC Levi's Store on 59th (remember that one?), but these folks carry their own weight just fine. On top of that, there's a tailor who can change those tiny, right-side red tabs on the back, change thread color for hems and even change the metal buttons. Levi's has been part of my wardrobe staple for the last 15 yrs that I can't live without. Levi's are durable and for me, it's worth investing in some long-lasting, quality pieces that I can dress up or dress down. The fact that the Levi's Store is here, I'm a fan!
