“My wife and I both have the unlimited monthly car wash and we love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. We love the towel exchange program. Vacuums are free and considering the amount of people who use them, the suction is better than average.”

“Safeway cleaners are the nicest people I’ve ever met in any cleaning establishment the way they press and deliver my clothing after it’s cleaned is fabulous. I cannot say that about the tailor Vincent he’s overpriced and very unpleasant. He ruined a Cashmere sweater of mine that was many hundreds of dollars and when I had to get things altered, he kept deducting ..as he should what the price of the sweater was. He never reached the total. I finally said OK. You would think after that he would be kind and patient with me, but he was anything, but. Every time I came in there after that to have something altered, his attitude was unbelievable. I hate to say that because the owners of the establishment and the people who work there and the quality of their cleaning is really a number 10.JB”

“At first I thought this was a laundromat where I could walk in and do my laundry. Come to find out it is a drop off your laundry and they do it for you.The lady at the front desk was very nice and it was obvious English was her second language which wasn’t an issue, just needed to repeat one or two things. She weighed my laundry, albeit that I had no clue what was going on at first otherwise, I would’ve removed my single use detergent from the bag as well as one other item but not to concerned about the weight that much. Overall cost was $17 to wash and fold my 7 shirts, 2 pants, several pairs of socks and underpants. Not a bad deal and very pleased with the outcome. Clothes all came back fresh and clean. The only knock on the rating is because I was expecting a call when they were ready or text and didn’t get that but not the end of the world. Called to verify they were ready and was informed my clothes were done. Same day service as I was leaving the following morning. I would definitely use again if I was in town and needing laundry service.”

“Never had an issue here. I use the tailor for my uniform and he is very good. I only go to the older male that works there, he's the tailor, might explain the other review I've seen. Price can always be better but I trust his work.”

“This is my 2nd time here and it’s 4am-ish no one’s around thank God. The place could use some cleaning and it will look ? nice. It’s a 24 hour wash and dry business. The small washer costs $3.50, the medium is $5.50 and the large ones is $7.00 can hold 60lbs. It’s about 30min Wash run im assuming and their dryer costs $.25 cents for every 7min cycle. There is a 24 hour surveillance CCTV. I don’t know if it makes any difference it’s safe in White Plains. The most convenient part is the parking just two steps in and out.

There’s a random lady I don’t know if she works here just hanging out or whatever. Some person trying to find a restroom ?. Since this is a 24 hour location they could probably benefit from having a restroom for patrons using the machines.”
