Buyer beware that employees charge different prices on the same item you paid the day before! This is the employees' way of obligating you to pay their tip without telling you. They make it their business to get extra to add into their pay. This is unethical and should be reported to an inspector.

Horrible customer service! It's a shame how they treat their customers. The man who makes the sandwiches and runs the grill always has an attitude, doesn't write down your order and then gets upset at the customer because he's making their sandwich wrong.

the customer services sucks. The girl in front with round face is always looking to argue with customers or saying no to services. very nasty and lack of ethics. experience there is always very sour with her service. will be nice to know who is the person in charge.

You can't go wrong with this place, deli, grocery store, meat market, hot food for breakfast and lunch. Good prices and super friendly people there.

Dear owner,in your store on lake st.your cooks are still not wearing gloves handling food..or wearing hairnets...its not sanitary

Dear owner,your stores have to have workers use plastic or rubber gloves..my sandwiches are made with bare hands..thats not sanitary..i visit both lake st and post road stores.no one is wearing hair nets or gloves....please tell your staff.
