Had a very negative experience with this company. As soon as they took the deposit from us, there was little to no communication. The cabinets were delivered late with many problems (warped doors, poor workmanship, wrong sliders for pocket doors, etc.). We tried to work with KBS to "finish" the project, and they just ignored us. We ended up doing the final touches ourselves, and live with the bad quality (materials and labor).

KBS did my kitchen and a half bath in Fall 2019. I wrote a good review at the time which was accurate. I updated the review in December 2021 because a problem I was having with the cabinet door was going unaddressed. The cabinet manufacturer, UltraCraft, took no responsibility for their product. However, KBS finally (after hocking them) replaced my door after almost a year of going back and forth. Bottom line for me is that KBS did a great design job (thank you Marianna), provided me with good communication during the project (thank you Denise) and did a perfect installation. On time and pretty much on budget. I stand by my initial good review in spite of the cabinet issue that I had. KBS resolved it. They get points for that. It will be worth your time to check out KBS if you're planning a renovation.

We are so happy with the remodel of our kitchen!! Mariana was an excellent designer and was able to capture our vision for our kitchen remodel. She helped us not only with the design portion but with cabinetry , hardware and appliances selection. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and look forward to enjoy it for many years. KBS designed a beautiful new kitchen for my home. Their work from inception to completion was stellar.Mariana designed and guided me through the entire process and Denise handled the cabinet delivery expertly, even with the delays that came up during construction.Quality product and great company to work with. Stay away from KBS. Terrible customer service, pore installation that has never been corrected. The poor installation is causing problems. A follow up repair person came by and told me that the cabinets were not installed correctly therefore not all the components are fitting and working correctly. This was reported to KBS over a month ago. Never heard from them again.I guess they are hoping that this will all go away and I will never call them again. Save your money. Stay away.

KBS Kitchen & Bath is #1 in my book! Not only did they design a fabulous kitchen for me, making my NYC kitchen beautiful and functional, they expedited my order and quickly jumped in to help when my contractor damaged a cabinet months after the kitchen was installed! I have a beautiful new kitchen thanks to KBS. They were great to work with from start to finish. Our kitchen is not big, but our designer, Marianna, did a great job translating what I envisioned for the new kitchen and she utilized every inch of available space perfectly. Good communication and Denise, the project coordinator, kept me updated at every step. I highly recommend this very professional design group. They've also got a great showroom with a lot of sample kitchens to look at.

I was extremely happy with everything from start to finish! Mariana did an amazing design plan and was helpful with all the details! Denise made every effort to make sure to find the counters we wanted and kept us informed of all the steps and billing along the way. Eddie and his team were superb! I really can't say enough! I would highly recommend the entire team!

Working with KBS on my kitchen remodel was a pleasure from start to finish. It was great finding a business that could centralize the project and do the worrying for me, and one which sourced from very high quality businesses (cabinets, countertops.) When we began contemplating this project I found KBS online and scheduled a consultation with Mariana, followed by an on-site visit. Marinana's sense of design and her technical understanding is amazing, and she helped walk us through every step of the design, plan, and purchase process from nuts to bolts. She was extremely patient with us which was very much appreciated. Denise was a fantastic project manager and made sure the whole project kept to schedule. Finally, I can't say enough about Eddie the contractor and his crew of artisans. They simply hit a home run...and the whole thing only took ~ 6 weeks. Fantastic crafsmanship and customization. Great bunch of guys.

"From the beginning design process until the finished product we were very happy with the design staff, response times and quality of the installation We were able to work with our designer Marianne to develop a plan and make selections within a several week window. She is very knowledgeable and efficient, and we were able to transition smoothly from concept to physical installation seamlessly. Demolition began on the promised date and the installation (including 500+ square feet of new porcelain flooring) was complete 7-1/2 weeks later; ahead of schedule. The quality of installation and craftsmanship was outstanding and any minor call backs have been dealt with promptly and without question. We recommend KBS most heartily and without reservation."
