“Another Simon mall, another good mall. I have been to Westchester mall twice. Today we visited on a weekday around 3pm. It was quite empty , easy to navigate within this huge mall without crowds. This is definitely not a bargain or outlet mall. It is very chic designed and has many high end brand stores like Tiffany co , Louis Vuitton and besides Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus as department stores. Whats more, Plenty of retail shopping options. As quick bite and coffee there is Starbucks and Haagen Daas at R3 floor as a refreshing ice cream stop. Food court Savor at the top floor has many healthy options including Little Beet , the melt shop and a very cute coffee bar in the middle. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was a small patio at this floor, I just love patios's and it had huge comfy sofa to relax... just lovely. There are plenty of sitting area at Savor and within the mall at various places, huge sofas or arm chairs makes it super easy to rest and continue your shopping spree. Women Restroom has an adjacent room as nursing/mothers room for nursing and diaper change. This is very thoughtful and as a new mom, I really appreciate this clean and quiet room. My only concern with this mall is the garage elevators. They are super confusing. For those who have a stroller using them is a must, not optional. And the way they are positioned are very cumbersome. We parked to P1 and then took the elevator right there- to press a button we had to figure out what is R2 - R3 and after a while seeing the chart and stores assigned to either of R2 and R3we figured out that is retail 2 and 3... on our way back, we took a different elevator which says P.F. Chang snd this one doesn't have P1 level as a button. We realized that we came with the other elevator which is Nordstrom elevators... and had to walk all the way back... it is frustrating to figure out these labyrinth like system.”
“I absolutely loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in Dean greeted me at the door and was very kind in updating me when someone would be able to assist. He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints. “Keith, Keith, KEITH!!!
From the moment we walked in, Keith made my wife and I feel like we belonged in the store and were able to one day own an amazing timepiece. We had been to two other locations in the city earlier in the month where we weren’t treated with a fraction of the dignity, courtesy, and respect that Keith showed us that day. Perhaps this was a result of us not entering those, or any Rolex location with flashy apparel or luxury items. In fact, I remember wearing an old t shirt with a small hole in it, jeans, and dirty white sneakers. This did not deter Keith from treating me as a potential customer and future owner of a Rolex timepiece. As a newbie to the luxury watch space I didn’t know much about the history and all that went into the making of these timepieces. He took the time to educate us both and took our information and a record of the timepiece we were interested in. He allowed me to try some other time pieces on patiently, to be sure the one I was interested was the timepiece to go for. He explained what we should expect the process to be like and shared his contact information with us. Later, we received a lovely email from him thanking us for coming to the store and ensured us that he would contact us once the timepiece we were looking for became available. We heard rumors of wait times taking as long as a couple of years before receiving the phone call. We even asked at a Rolex store in Florence what the average wait times were while on vacation, and they explained that they’ve had clients wait longer.
Owning a Rolex wasn’t a thought for either of us in the past. We came from humble beginnings, and went through tremendous struggles in our lives together. The idea popped into our paradigm after recent triumphs and milestones that we achieved. It was as if it were divine intervention, my wife got the call from Keith and she went right to the store and picked up my dream timepiece.
I can’t thank Keith enough for being encouraging, thoughtful, kind, and courteous throughout this entire process, and for being a part of our journey and story. I love my Datejust. It’s more than just a watch, and more than a time piece. It represents victory over countless obstacles, personal battles, and a relentless pursuit for betterment of ourselves and the people we’ve been able to serve. Keith is an outlier and an asset to any organization he is a part of. We can’t thank him enough and will recommend him to all of our friends, family members, and business associates.
