This was my first time getting any work done on my car at J&Js and I had a wonderful experience. The issues were communicated to me clearly along with possible replacement parts and their approximate cost. I had requested the work be done before a certain time of the day and they managed to do it well within the time. Furthermore, I really appreciate them going out of their way and taking time to drop and pick me up from home. As a bonus, during the rides, I got some very nice tips about car maintenance :)

J&jPresto service station saved our vacation. We broke down on our way to Va. J&J. Was the only one who took pity on us and looked at the car. It turned out it would be extensive repairs. We decided to leave the car and rent a car to Finnish our trip.J&J kept us updated on everything they did. The car has never run better. They were kind, polite, reasonable, but mostly they were honest. If you live in the white plains NY area, I highly recommend you give them a try.

Just stopped in to schedule a inspection
I was pleased to be told if I wanted to wait a few minutes it could be done right away. True to he word it was. Also was told I would need tires for the winter. My dad was a machinist and I could tell I was speaking to a honest man. Will go back for my winter tires and more. Great honest service.!!

Jimmy and the men are true professionals. You're safety and maintenance of your vehicle is in good hands. Never work about the quality of workmanship, they will ALWAYS make it right. Sometimes the quality of parts is beyond their control, even from OEM's. If you want to extend the life of your vehicle, heed their preventive maintenance tips, it'll save you in the long run. Integrity and honesty sets them apart from any service station.

I was looking to do my car inspection and mostly every place in white plains have a long waiting list., the last time i took my truck to be service somewhere else they took almost 5 hours .. they have a lot of people too but they give u an appointment , went to j&j they did what i need in less than an hour .. is a Father Son business .. nice vibe ..
