The clothes are well made. The sales were amazing. The staff is continuously refolding the clothes and keeping the store very neat. I am handicapped and the store staff offered to help me multiple times. They are to be commended for their professionalism and positive attitudes .

Terrible service. They watch you as if you are going to steal something from the store and they get extremely rude and unprofessional when you return items. This is exactly why I order online. First, if I don’t NEED to pay for the return label I won’t. If I need to go to the store to return the items I will. Second, if you have an attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there then I guarantee that I will NOT shop there unless I need to return. J Crew in the Westchester Mall needs new staff.

Worst J Crew I EVER been to! The staff is horrible. They literally watch you like a hawk and stand in the way specifically the African American female dressed in a hoodie. I never felt so uncomfortable, I was going to spend at least 500 but I put everything down and proceeded to Neiman Marcus. Normally I would go to the Brookfield place location but I'm done. The brand is going downhill plus This store should just close it's pointless hire better staff . Will never step foot in there again!
