Awful customer care! They refused to help me saying that they could not exchange my damaged bra so I contacted the customer care on Intimissimi website and they told me I can do it in every store or online. So disappointing.

I absolutely love this store! Alondra was super helpful , super nice and super cute. She made me feel comfortable, she had great customer service skills and patience. She made measured me upon arrival and made sure to find the perfect bra, and purchased 3 bras later. I am sooo happy. The bras are comfortable, sexy and very supportive for a Size D woman like me! I recommend this place and give it 5 stars!

Ok. I have only really shopped when they have a sale. The quality is superb and where else can you get a silk bra for $19 and three silk panties for $25?!? The ladies are always happy to help.

I would like to say thank you to sales associate Anyssa. She's very knowledgeable and her personality was a joy in my day. I liked the intimate small boutique feeling the store gives it's customers.
