I am still in shock at the service I just received. I tried to cash my settlement check and was refused service from the manager didn’t give me any reason but I’m sure if I was white n walked in wth that check he wouldn’t insinuate that is was fraudulent the information could have easily been verified very rude and unprofessional..

If I could put a negative star I would. My husban went in to cash his government issued tax check and the person at that counter told him to cash it closer to where he lives. This should not be an issue. Since when do check cashing store fronts only pay out to thier residents, this is discriminatory. For all they know he is on the road working and that is what he came across. There are no signs stating that only residents can cash thier checks there. Do not use this check cashing service.

I tried to cash a check a few minutes ago with my senior disabled mother at this location, and they refused to cash her check because she signed the check in the car and not in front of them. There aren't any signs posted in the check cashing place stating this policy, and the employee has my mother's government issued identification to compare the signatures since she claimed that with AI there is a worry of fraud. If this is a company policy, then signs need to be posted that clearly state it, and not left up to the employee to decide who to enforce this "policy" with. This is not our first time using this location for check cashing, western union, other services.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I wouldn't go any where else . 5 stars.. they deserve more. I know it's just cashing my check and financial assistance like bill paying.etc.. but I consider them like family.You guys are awesome. I look forward to seeing yall..

This place is horrible from the moment I walked in they judged me !Bc I had a hat on and my check said Yonkers they COULDNT change it! Lady asked me 21 question with my I’d in her hand where I live ?why im I chasing my check here !To then not CHANGE it ! Isn’t this a check chasing ! Do your job ! And the manger was no help and rude to top it here ask the same question his worker jus asked what my is say ! You don’t need to know what I’m doing in these place ! Bad bad place to go !

They will not cash out of state checks even if you have a in state address worst place ever go to Elmsford to cash your checks!
