They have been great! Friendly, patient, and understanding. I saw someone else noted they had an issue with billing no issues here. I highly recommend them :)

I’m not new to using prosthetics (8+ years Bilaterally BKA) and I’ve finally found a specialist that Ostend to my feedback and needs form my legs. I met with Dan and he was great right off the bat! I’m looking forward to a long experience with Hanger WP & Dan

I hate that this facility is considered a preferred provider by my husband's insurance. They don't answer the phone or return messages. I even went as far as emailing the clinic manager, received her information from the PT facility that referred us. She asked for my best contact information and then never called. Total waste of time. You are better off going elsewhere.

While the service is good, their billing is very poor. They never send an invoice for a bill of the portion that the managed care company did not pay but rather just sends the bill to a collection agency after several months. This has happened to us TWICE in a few years (and mind you the ONLY time we have EVER had a bill been sent to collection agency). Buyer beware.

This experience was so much better than I anticipated. Hanger clinic and Dr. Fiona Quinn were so supportive and welcoming and continued to be a blessing through this season of our lives. We feel very blessed to have found such an amazing place and Doctor!
