I am sincerely grateful to Michael and the exceptional team at Hamilton Crossing. Moving across the country can be daunting, especially without the opportunity to visit White Plains beforehand. However, my experience with the leasing office surpassed all expectations.Upon reaching out with my inquiries and hopes for a virtual tour, Michael's dedication shone through. Not only did he promptly address all my questions, but he also graciously provided a comprehensive virtual tour of the units. With his expert guidance, I was able to select a unit perfectly tailored to my needs.Hamilton Crossing truly epitomizes luxury living, boasting top-tier amenities and a team committed to upholding exceptional standards. I couldn't be happier with my decision and eagerly anticipate calling this remarkable place home for the foreseeable future.

This is the best management that I have experienced. Michael has been the person from the leasing office that has been by my side every step of the way since day 1 and I have only the most gratitude and admiration for what he does! He is always so very positive, responsive and jumping into help, even if outside of his core duties! Michael, and the entire building management team, are the one of the top reasons why I enjoy living in this building so much!!Thanks for all you do for me! I really do appreciate it!

I want to say a big thank you to the folks at Hamilton Crossing, especially Michael (leasing office) and Lisa (building management). They are very responsive to requests and supportive in general.Moving for work (third time) is not always a breeze, but this move has been particularly difficult. However, the bright spot during this time was my transition into Hamilton Crossing and the support received from the team.Building is brand new, bigger space than most, pricy but it is really worth every buck! The amenities are great, but the people make it the absolute best.

My husband and I recently moved into Hamilton Crossing and we love our new place! Both Lisa (the leasing administrator) and Trianna (leasing agent) were so accommodating throughout the process! We are looking forward to all of the new public spaces the building has to offer as well as the pool this summer:)

Moved in back in August '23. 50 Barker is a nice building. Clean and quiet. Maintenance team is on any issue same day (they have a good App for submitting/tracking). Recommend.

I have lived in several luxury buildings and this apartment has the esthetics and ambiance comparable to all I have experienced. Lisa from leasing is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable about all things “Hamilton Crossings.” She made the move and living experience here a breeze. All of the agents were courteous and patient when I was deciding on the right apartment choice. Thank you staff!

My wife and I recently moved into Hamilton Crossing after not living in an apartment for over 30 years. We are both extremely pleased - from top to bottom. The leasing staff is excellent, patient, attentive, and completely understood our needs. Lisa P. is tremendously helpful and addresses promptly and effectively any quality of life issue -- and Behan and his staff are amazing. Again, we cannot be more pleased!!!

Lisa, the Leasing Administrator, Was/Is Incredible answers any and all questions that I have and reached out to me. She also made this process of getting into this community luxury apt building so effortless. Michael, The Senior Leasing Representative gave me the tour of my apt as well as the building & he is incredibly knowledgeable & very personable. He was able to anticipate the questions and or concerns of moving into a new space and answered all that arose . He also helped by giving some of his experiences in regards to moving, living on one's own and furnishing tips and ideas. I feel like he studies this building and company he works for and he made me feel so welcomed and thankful that I am a part of this Luxury apartment Complex. I was accepted to 50 Barker.

We are so happy that we choose Hamilton Crossing for our new home. Our apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The sales personnel are fantastic, both helpful & knowledgeable. The concierge staff are terrific, always ready to assist us with whatever we need help with. I especially appreciate the maintenance staff. We had a water leak in our bathroom. They repaired it rather quickly, in fact when they were done the bathroom was repainted, cleaned and restored as if nothing had ever happened. They were thoughtful, careful and flexible. If you are looking for a home where you will feel cared for, safe and warm consider Hamilton Crossing! We love it here!!

These are some true experiences I feel obligated to share living here since July 2023. Prior to my move-in, the "supposedly brand new" apartment had urine stains remaining on the toilet when I hadn't even stepped foot in the bathroom. The very first night I moved in, I was woken up by MICE running around inside my apartment... mouse droppings everywhere, food being eaten all over the place. Management and pest control told me since this is a newly constructed building, mice may be commonly seen for around 6 months. The pest control did not come the next day of my report, and was told to wait the following week when the pest control normally comes in... I purchased all the rat traps to eliminate this issue myself...... To all current residents, I would highly encourage checking your own water tank inside your apartment as I personally saw the mouse run into that water pipe.Approximately every two weeks, vendors or construction workers will come inside your apartment for a checkup which they should have completed prior to renting out all the apartments. Over a dozen strangers are basically walking around freely in the same apartment you live in, you paid for, with absolutely zero privacy at all. Even worse? 3 TIMES my apartment was entered without prior written notice. I did not receive any notice that my apartment was being entered, with one time vendors/strangers barged inside my apartment WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER... extremely dangerous and overly inappropriate...There is absolutely no sound-proof system of any kind, you can hear every step the upstairs walked/stomped, baby cries, and even clear snoring noise all night long EVERY NIGHT. I wish I could upload numerous video recordings of the noise concerns here to show how unbearable my everyday living condition is... Construction used to start at 6:00am and is still ongoing right now, false alarms rang at 9:00am and 10:00 pm that forced everyone to evacuate the building. The USPS system does not have the address updated as the building has been open for over half a year, you cannot input a change-of-address as the address doesn't exist in the USPS system. Met two neighbors at different times talking to the post office employees regarding the update of address but failed, the manager said the building owner should file updates to them directly, and this was back in August, still not resolved. I lost at least 7 mail letters that I knew the address was written correctly... If you go by the closest post offices in the area regarding these related issues, all employees will immediately know it's that notorious new building on 50 Barker Ave.Residents pay $180/month for parking, but non-residents can park in the garage as well for FREE. Strangers can easily place ads on every car, you can still see some ads flying around in the garage. Amenities were told to be opened by August, but not one single amenity has been opened yet.According to a former employee working at Hamilton Crossing, this building was built on a previous cemetery, but no one informed us prior to leasing out the apartments.Pros with the living experience, met some really kind and funny neighbors. Some of the concierge and leasing staff were nice, but the whole management and building really needed a lot of improvement, especially taking care of all the tenants and improving the living experience... I don't even have to exaggerate any of the above but definitely would think twice before considering living here...
