I had a large family party at Mansion on Broadway. Mike the owner was outstanding. He made sure everything was perfect. The guests had a great time and the food was amazing. The interior and exterior is incredible. I can see why so many people have weddings here. All I can say is that if you want to have a party anywhere for any occasion Mansion on Broadway is the place to go to. The staff and everyone was so accommodating I cannot tell you how many people complemented my family on the party. Thank you to Mansion on Broadway for being such a great host.

This guy is a fraud! We paid for a party bus, we went to his office twice to make payments and both times it was unavailable to look at. He showed us pictures on his phone instead and I should have known then! What showed up to take our children to prom was a vehicle that looked like it wouldn't pass inspection! The back bumper was hanging off the lights and ac didn't work and it was filthy dirty and stunk of gasoline. When we called him to complain he said he'd get back to us, never did and won't take our calls now! He is a scam artist!

I'm at a party right now at the mansion on broadway and I'm having fun and all but I don't really like the food they provided so I asked multiple times for basic chicken fingers for my little cousin because she's a very picky eater so they said yes and it still hasn't come I asked another time and they said they will bring it and never did . I just don't like being lied to

We just had our second company holiday party for more than 70 people at The Mansion. Michael, Rosa, and Rachel are truly incredible. The event went off without a single issue and our employees are still raving about the food and venue! Planning a party for a large number of people can be stressful but they make it so easy and enjoyable! I recommend The Mansion on Broadway without any reservations and much enthusiasm. We will be planning our next holiday party at The Mansion without a doubt!

Saturday November 17 2018 such a bad place to book an event we paid per plate and they did not serve us like they should. They made the food as a buffet. No table service. When we paid for per plate we expected to get serve at the table. They did not serve us the cake we brought instead we had to serve it on ouur own. It was suppose to be open bar for wine and beer. The bartender would only serve one beer to certain ppl and multiple to others. I guess the bartender was mad because no one was tipping but we alreadypaid a 2000 tip to the bartender and server!!!!!!! We had cake left over threw out the 2000 dollar cake we had order. Bartender was given certain people attitude. We wanted extra cups for the wine we had at the table and was refuse with an attitude. $17000 and we had such a bad service. We made it the best out the situation but never again would we book service here

My daughter and new son-in-law were married at Mansion on Broadway, and it was a perfect affair. Michael and his team, including Rosa, Mia and Rachael, did everything possible to make our event special. My daughter said her wedding was like a dream come true, and she thought everything turned out even better than anticipated! The place looked great, the food was delicious (and plentiful), and we wouldn't change a thing! We're tough customers, and I'll tell you, besides keeping every promise they made along the way, the Mansion on Broadway team knocked it out of the park. Affordable elegance...they made it easy and memorable.

Stay away! They do not have any of the cars they promise you. Sent a broken down town car when I paid for a vintage Rolls Royce. Sent a Toyota Uber instead of the stretch limo for my parents, sent a disgusting beat up Escalade for my bridal party with no a/c, broken tv screen, and gum stuck to seats and the roof. Never sent the 18 passenger bus for my guests. They charge your card in full instead of taking a deposit. Everything about them is just wrong. Please stay away from them! Do your homework they go by several different names. No one should go through this ever again!

Used them for my wedding in 2014.. the limos were very nice however on a hot June day two limos had no AC! THEN when I got into my limo they said we re not taking us anywhere until I pay the balance!! Btw, the limos were paid for months in advance by ME. I told them to check their records again and let's GO! Who does that to the BRIDE on their wedding day?? THEN, they were supposed to provide shuttle buses/ limos to take people back to the hotel and they were late first of all, and didn't bring enough limos for everyone. I can't tell you how frustrating it was to deal with. Me and my husband requested a partial refund, which they agreed to, but it was unnecessary stress on an important day we didn't need. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

Had my wedding ceremony and reception here last month and loved the Mansion! The staff is professional, down to earth and they will work with you to make your event exactly as you envision it. It was a pleasure working with Rosa and Michael during the planning process. On the day of, Mia decorated the whole place beautifully without the need for any direction. Compliments keep coming from our guests on the food, service and ambience. The Mansion on Broadway is quite affordable compared to other venues in the area. Check them out for your event..they will not disappoint.

While planning an award ceremony and dinner for over 100 guests, I visited a number of local venues and decided on the Mansion on Broadway based on location, ambiance and value. The staff (Mike, Cindy and Rosa) were professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They made the planning process stress-free and were professional and attentive from the first phone call through the day of our event. We chose to go with a cocktail hour and a sit-down dinner. During the cocktail hour, our guests enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvres, an international cheese board and a pasta station. After cocktail hour, we moved into the main dining room for dinner, which was included a pre-plated salad, choice of three entrees and coffee/tea and an assortment of cookies. The dinner choices of Chicken Scarpariello, Prime Rib and Eggplant Rollantini were delicious by all accounts. We provided small votive candles and Poinsettias and Rosa turned them into attractive centerpieces. Just one hiccup to report: One side of the room did not get offered coffee/tea with dessert. I don't know if many people noticed but at least one did and let me know ASAP. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at the Mansion on Broadway and highly recommend it. We will definitely be using them again.

Came here for a Wedding and the only reason I did not give Mansion 5 Stars was because they could not control the room temperature in the Main Dinning hall - otherwise this place is fine to hold a special event. The staff who worked the event were great! The food was not 5 Stars but 3-4 Stars. Now back to the room temperature - the A/C was blasting cold air above us and my teeth started to chatter and others at my table were also cold. They did lower the A/C after I asked them too, but that only lasted for a while before the A/C kicked back "on" again - this time one of the guys at my table got up and asked them to lower the A/C - this went on most of the night. Mansion may want to get an expert in to check the A/C system. Now for the food - the cocktail hour was great with lots of small bites from Mini Burgers to Mini Hot Dogs Yum! But the main meal was OK. I asked for the Prime Rib, Medium Rare and the waitress told me with a sigh "we only cook it one way, Medium Well" how crazy is that? So, I ordered it anyway and it tasted just fine, it was easy to cut and the meat was fresh. However, I heard from the others at my table that the Chicken was dry tasting, good thing I ordered the Prime Rib. Note: a few things I noticed about the inside of this place besides the A/C being off wack 1) The Women's Bathroom could have been a little more neater - rolls of toilet paper were sitting ontop of the tank cover 2) The overhead lighting in the "back" of the Main room was very dark. I am surprised anyone could see what they were eating. Good thing we sat in the middle of the room and had plenty of overhead lighting from the two chandeliers. All and all, I would consider this place for an event if I had one in the future, and I hope Management would consider making a few minor changes.
