I don’t know why this has a 3.8 because it’s a family lovely farm with amazing staff. As someone who’s new to this I walked in and was greeted and sent to house 4 were im sorry but I forgot his name , but this gentleman helped me find the perfect plants and we had many laughs and will definitely come back just for the service. Left nothing but happy. And they had some sweet kitties running around

I would give zero if I can. We used to go to this place a lot for plants. We were aware the owners were not the nicest people to talk to, they are cold and careless to customers in general but ok to do business with until something really outrageous happened. We have been looking for rocks and they have a big pile on sale. We went there multiple time to check on the availability and pricing. The owners have always told us the largest ones are 35 dollars each. On Saturday we brought our contractor over to load the rocks. We were only half way through, one of the owners jumped out starting yelling at the worker who was helping us loading, she was so crazy that she shouted at me as well for taking away her worker to load rocks for me. Since I needed those rocks, I asked her nicely how we can work this out according to her schedule despite the fact she was rude and unprofessional to me, believe or not, she started shouting at me again telling me I am thrown out of their nursery. Since we needed those rocks on that day, I stayed calm and went to talk to the other owner who seems to be a bit more sane. He agreed to load the rest of the rocks for us but at the checkout, we were told the price is doubled! The woman is crazy and the man is a rip-offer. They abuse their workers with similar behaviors. We will report them to BBB for price manipulation and violation of labor law.

They have a very good raised garden bed soil fror vegetables. 2 years ago i purchased 15 yards . I got lots of vegetables. I highly recommend it. Last year i got it for half the price from stamford and it was a disaster. Felt it was toxic. So i again i jusr purchased another 10 yards. It is worth 85$ per yard.

so unbelievably unprofessional and rude. the way that the owner speaks to customers is disgusting. “when would you have these flowers?” “when they’re ready.” “oh! what do those flowers look like?” “Google it.” Yes, that is verbatim what was said. Awful experience and I walked out immediately. Hopefully others have a better experience, because as somebody who is new to the gardening scene and wants to get into it, this was a complete turn off. I don’t recommend at all

best prices, great quality plants and helpful staff. stop by, i enjoyed the old garden nursery feeling like when i was a kid. im in the business as a landscape designer and it reminded me of Winklers in Armonk and a bit of Handlemans in north white plains. showing my age, but good place...give it a stop and plant something.

Is Saturday 7/30/2022, 9:00am i called asking for prices on black mulch and the lady who answer the phone was so friendly and knowledge about the product that i did not have to think about it and I placed an order for 8 yards and I was told that they would delivery it in an hour. Wowwww what a nice service. The best customer service ever, this lady needs a raise.

This place is fantastic! Great selection of beautiful, healthy plants and trees. If you're discouraged by the reviews saying they're not friendly, understand that because they are SO good, they are VERY busy! If you like what you see and you want to know more, Google the plant to discover more info/pics. Bought a bunch of plants that needed to be delivered - they said they would be here at 8:30 AM and they were here at EXACTLY 8:30! This will definitely be one of my go to places for plants from now on!

All employees are very friendly but owner is extremely rude. I went once and was greeted with an attitude and thought it was only a one time thing. I went the following day and she was rude again. Terrible customer service. Will not be going back again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I showed up on a rainy Sunday in early March because google told me they were open from 9-1 on sundays. Turns out, they were not *really* open but the very kind person who was there took care of me really well! I was grateful she was so accommodating! Definitely have my business in the future!
