I would have said 5/5 stars a few months ago, but they replaced their gas pumps with touch screens that work about half the time.
On several occasions, the touch screen just wouldn't work at all at multiple pumps.
Another few times it wouldn't accept payment method so would force you to pay inside (long lines)
Going to a gas station and putting the chances of you driving away with gas at about 60-70% is insane. Just switch back to the other pumps you had.

Why would any business make buying gas so complicated? First, you need the app to get the advertised price. Second, the app only works 20% of the time. Third, when the app doesn't work, you have to pay at the pump, and you pay a higher price than you would at other nearby gas stations. Finally, the lower "cash price" does not work if you use a debit card. The debit card price is actually the higher credit card price. And if you try to give them cash inside at the register, total confusion happens. It is surreal trying to buy gas here. It feels like a front for some other business; like they don't actually want to sell gas. I only stop here because it's on the way home from my office, but at least 50% of the time I leave without ever putting gas in my car. There is no other gas station on the planet that I have ever said that about.

Unauthorized charges were charged to my card at this location. FuelCo is unresponsive and the attendant on the phone was downright abusive.

Great place, with the below market price for fuel, as long as you use their own app. Plenty of goodies, friendly staff, expedited checkout,and a good place to reinflate the tires, and wipe off your dirty windshield, like during muddy weather. It has beer, coffee,hot dogs, ice cream, croissants, and more. I come here whenever I need fuel, and it's never been a long wait.

Gas pricing is misleading. I paid with cash and still had to pay the extra few more cents. The price is if you have the app. Cash used to be king.

Great low prices. Very clean. Attendants are lovely. A variety of food drinks, car products, and liquor variety. Only 6 pumps to pump gas. Near a highway and near WCC college. Parking spaces

The app is the worst part of the station. Pulled in and loaded the app, input the number for the pump, error. Did it again. Error. Chose the pay inside option instead and went to speak to the attendant at the register so he could scan the generated QR code. He explained that since I used the app and it errored twice, I'd have to wait 3 hours and try again and he couldn't do anything about it. If you're going to advertise cheap gas everywhere and put it on your signs so everyone driving past can see it, then make us jump through hoops in order to actually GET the advertised price? Don't start moving the hoops around after the fact.

This is W gas station because it’s 24 hours which is rare to find nowadays after the pandemic. The app saves u money which is cool.Rating four stars bc that “prize” camaro that they put in the front has GOT to go, and their machine inside almost never works for tap. It’s been on and off for years?

I think this is the only gas station in Westchester that has television inside their toilet. Very neat, clean and well organized place. I always buy gas here since it has opened using the app you save .30 cents. Don’t complain if you can’t use the app like my mother haha. It’s easy to see it up and just Face ID then boom ? four digit code. While you’re there buy your lottery tickets and scratch offs. They have lots of snacks and drinks to choose from. There’s also a yogurt station and hotdog grilling. It’s a 24 hours gas station with variety of coffee flavors and shenanigans. Only one thing I’m curious about that car display outside. Has anyone ever won it? Ha ??♀️

Cheapest gas in white plains with the app. And the staff I see frequently helping older customers with the app to get them the better price.
