Read whole review. Sorry, I know it is long. I went to the store to exchange a sweater that my son bought me for Christmas. I needed a larger size. They did not have it in the store. The woman helping me said they can order it and have it shipped to my house overnight for free. GREAT! Then she tells me I have to pay an additional $30 something dollars because the sweater is no longer on sale. But all I wanted was a bigger size. After a bunch of back and forth. I told her to just return it and give me store credit. Welp, I go home and look online. Not only is the sweater on sale, but it is an additional 50% off. She was trying to charge me $98 for a sweater I just bought at FP online site for $34!!!!!

I literally use to cone to this store from Nyc to have ain't style me.It was my favorite store.Because of pandemic I was not there for a while. I went back last week and there were hardly and lights in the store. I walked in and asked for Cindy ( amazing stylist) and was told she is no longer there. I was so disappointed. I looked around my self and there was not one thing I saw to buy. The store looked unintersting and no one tries to even help.I literally would by so much clothes but without Cindy or even some of the sales people that worked with her I'm not sure I will ever go back.

Horrible experience in store. Definitely agree with previous comment about disinterested staff and being racially profiled as a customer. Felt completely judged and was treated unfairly. Never purchasing from Free People again.

Rude! I walked in the shop both workers made eye contact and didn't bother to greet me for one! Then when I asked a question about what the yellow sticker on the tags meant she rudely ignored me. Last but not least on my way out two other clients who look very different from me ? were properly greeted with smiles and even told if they needed assistance feel free to ask! With a name like free people lol one would think ..... Never mind! Anyways the customer service is trash or it depends on your skin tone I guess!

I’ve been shopping at this location for over five years. I’ve had excellent service and very helpful and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help.The clothes are beautiful and comfortable always stylish every season.

Terrible bedside manner always rude! Was in yesterday was like begging for help ASKED FOR STORE MANAGER who was too busy having lunch to come out guess I’m shopping elsewhere!

Worst location ever. First time walking into the store and every single time walking in, never was greeted. Employees walk around like they are hot s*** and have a very pretentious demeanor about them. Jesus Christ. Get a grip on yourself.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location I had to share! Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. Despite the store being crowded, the store was well kept and each salesperson I encountered greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. I worked with Lara and she was so patient with me while I tried on different dresses. I ended up leaving with a beautiful dress that she suggested and I felt so confident at the wedding. It is nice to see that there is still excellent customer service in the world!
