They lost my package, they scanned it in but according to Fedex tracking never left the store nor was picked up by the Fedex Carrier. it’s probably still on the floor in the store. they were not able to help me find it and didn’t even try,

The manager was the worse person I encountered all day! Justin ignored me when I asked for a production job. They were so rude! I would never go there again. Stay away from Fed Ex White Plains!

Went to have original pieces of artwork copied for a project I’m working on. Most prints came out with lines in them, so the staff agreed to copy them for me on their machines. In that process they smudged and damaged my original pieces, which means I now have to remake them. If the ceo distributed more of his $13 million/year paycheck to his employees, maybe they’d take more care in people’s work. Will not return again.

Very bad experience on that branch . They made me wait for almost one hour and they can’t give me 10 copies of my job , told me they are busy and if can I came back tomorrow to pick up the copies !I couldn’t believe that .

Had a wonderful experience with Jonathan & would give him 10 stars. He helped us as soon as we walked in & even when he was doing other jobs he stepped over to help when we called him. Sadly the manager Nakia was extremely mean to him & us, she interrupted him as he was addressing our concerns. She told him that he was supposed to go to Jason to have him help us, when Jason ignored us the whole time & was also rude. I told her "that's no way to treat other workers who are helping us, when she didn't help us at all". JASON & NAKIA ARE RUDE, HAVE BAD COSTUMER MANNERS & ARE RUDE TO THEIR CO WORKERS ALSO. If someone should be the manager there, it should be Jonathan who was extremely nice, helpful, caring & professional. I only look forward to going back to that store to have Jonathan help us. Other people who witnessed that with me will also write reviews soon. @Fedex please reconsider your staff positions & hire more Jonathan's.

Great service experience from the all team at this location. Thank you! Jay does a wonderful job and it’s very positive. I always bring my business here because I know I know the results. I use the print and go feature from my phone and use the self service print as well. I think it’s a game changer!

I just visited this location for the first time. 2nd time in New York and wasn't expecting much for customer service but Tiana changed my view about people from New York. She exemplified professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. If I could rate her it definitely 10.... This was the best service I have ever received at a fedex print and ship location. I travel 3 times a week and ship out about 2 times a week. Tiana you are a rock star. The other employees there were assisting others and was demonstrating great customer service. The location was clean and organized...will definitely be back

I love this Fedex! The staff members are so helpful and friendly. I'm always in and out of there in a matter of minutes. Also, the store is always clean and organized. It makes running errands not so horrible. I seem to always leave there with a smile on my face.

"Beware" I was charged exorbitant amount of money for overnight shipping and package was delivered 2 days later.Called customer service and got someone that I couldn't understand that basically told me they can't do anything about it. Horrible service all around.Will use UPS from now on
