Excellent customer service. I recommend this store to anyone. I went to buy an iPhone for my daughter and an Customer service agent offered an affordable family plan and send me to apple store to buy a mini iPhone because they don’t have them, and gave me directions where to go. Definitively. I will go back to activate her iPhone there and take y the family plan and save money.

I finally broke down and treated myself to an iPhone 11 Pro Max. While I usually buy everything on eBay to save a few bucks, I dropped into the Metro store where I first activated my T-Mobile service. I’m still a little bit surprised at myself that I paid “full retail” plus sales tax for this phone - but - this time around I decided to spend a little bit extra to get the service that you wouldn’t get by saving a few bucks online. I definitely found myself a cell-phone-rep that doesn’t act like a “used car salesman” and will use him each time I need any phones for myself or my wife. Thanks Tumeh (even though you banged me out for an additional $14 for a $2 SIM after buying a $1200 phone). ?????
