At first I thought this was a laundromat where I could walk in and do my laundry. Come to find out it is a drop off your laundry and they do it for you.The lady at the front desk was very nice and it was obvious English was her second language which wasn’t an issue, just needed to repeat one or two things. She weighed my laundry, albeit that I had no clue what was going on at first otherwise, I would’ve removed my single use detergent from the bag as well as one other item but not to concerned about the weight that much. Overall cost was $17 to wash and fold my 7 shirts, 2 pants, several pairs of socks and underpants. Not a bad deal and very pleased with the outcome. Clothes all came back fresh and clean. The only knock on the rating is because I was expecting a call when they were ready or text and didn’t get that but not the end of the world. Called to verify they were ready and was informed my clothes were done. Same day service as I was leaving the following morning. I would definitely use again if I was in town and needing laundry service.

Some machines work. Most don't. Pay attention to the dryers too. I put my stuff on high buy the temperature Is low the whole time. Making me spend more money to dry.

If you ever want exceptional care given to your laundry or have large comforters that can’t go into conventional washing machines, you have to bring your precious belongings to the Express Wash Laundromat at 109 East Post Road in White Plains! They have a fantastic staff and you’ll receive a text message when your clothes are ready for pick up! I dropped off a king size comforter that only cost $20! It looks as good as new!

The worst experience, I left my clothes on a Thursday morning and picked them up the next morning to go to work and I hadn't even started washing them when they said they would have them ready. Terrible service

I have brought laundry to wash & fold services for more years than I care to remember. I have never in my entire adult life received laundry back in such crisp, clean, beautiful shape. Everything was done to perfection. Even the way everything was packed up for pick up was spectacular. I know it sounds weird to get this excited about laundry, but it is rarely done well and this was fabulous. As was the kind service and the cleanliness of the store. Thank you!
