It's funny how they all work like they're too good to do returns. One guy today working downstairs in the men's section 12/8/2022 stated, "i won't be finished here til later, you can return it at any register". Seriously, if you're too defensive to be in customer service/retail I suggest trying something less challenging. Next time i'll put it on youtube, reminded me of the movie Pretty Woman, hilarious!

Had such a great day here this weekend ! What a fabulous location amd great staff ! So helpful from shoes to dresses ! Jeanne helped me in shoes , could not have been anymore Pleasant ! Neiman-Marcus has provided an exquisite shopping experience to me for many years now. All of the sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable; they can always help me find what I am looking for, and they have many great recommendations as well. Men's can be a bit understocked at times, where are the Charvet shirts? Other than that, everything is very nice and I can always find something I like. The people on the main floor are very nice, and the Molton Brown soaps I like are always in stock. Nice selection of men's fragrance and specialty French, etc. candles as well. Chanel boutique is good because they will help you look for gifts for others there. Don't spend much time on the women's floors but have heard from others it is very good there as well. The restaurant on the fourth floor is pleasant and has a nice lunch menu, try the chocolate chip cookies. Spent a lot of money here this Christmas because the staff are always so helpful. Highly recommend.

I get that everyone is trying their best due to Covid, but this store has and will always be known for horrible customer service and snobby sales ladies especially the old ladies on the second floor ladies department. They solely judge you based on your appearance - if you're not wearing designer, you have no business being in their store. In fact, they're annoyed if you ask them a question - they just can't be bothered. My sister and her special needs daughter came into the store and weren't done up, and mind you, we are minorities so not your usual white privileged people. When the sales ladies saw them, they looked at them from head to toe and asked them what were they doing there! They didn't ask if they needed help, etc....they basically said that they didn't belong there. I was waiting for my sister to help me out in the dressing room and the sales ladies didn't even bother to show her the way. Here's the bigger tell tale sign that this store will never change and likely to go bankrupt like the rest of Nieman Marcus....I told the assistant store manager about it who said that she would have the store manager get in touch with me regarding our experience. No one ever got in touch with me. This is the Nieman Marcus I know...don't care about people at all. I will only shop online and avoid the store at all costs. My money goes to Nordstrom....Nieman should just not exist...this is what happens when you have rude people working for you! No one roots for your business to survive - everyone just wishes the store would go away! Enjoy bankruptcy Nieman Marcus! You deserve it!

Came to the woman's dress dept. with my wife to find something for a black tie event. They have virtually nothing. Every dress hanging comes in maybe one or two sizes. Of course, very little (2) in my wife's size which is an 8 OR 10. This is a fairly common size. Also, the saleswoman is more interested in her phone than helping. When she does help, she's distant and aloof. I expect MUCH MORE from Neimans. When I asked the saleswoman for a fur for my wife she proceeded to say, that's one floor down! Really? Don't you work on commission? I had to insist she go down and pick one to try with my wife's dress. She walked away again, uninterested and aloof. Unbelievable. Why are we shopping here?

There's an old wrinkled white lady that works in handbags that is very unprofessional, insecure, childish and immature. I believe her name is joan. A lot of the employees in that section make customers of color feel uncomfortable. There's a new girl named Yumi I believe who is very nice and pleasant!

I hate this Neiman Marcus location. Sadly this is the closest one to me. This store needs better customer service. Every time I come here there is this one lady that always has a attitude and rushes me to buy an item. You can't even ask questions, if she feels like you're not going to buy anything she's very dismissive. This was my second encounter with her. If I ever do decide to come back I will make sure to ask for a different sales associate.

I hate this Neiman Marcus. I have been shopping at this store for about 2 years now. Every time I enter, I am never greeted by an associate. A majority of them are always on their phones. I had stood in front of an associate for at least a minute before they even acknowledged me. When I ask them if they have a particular item they just point and say over there somewhere, or I have even had associates tell me they don't carry a brand I've asked for when I knew they did. Also when I walk into Chanel, Celine, YSL etc the associates are snobby and it's very obvious when they profile shoppers.

Came in here today to buy a pair of red bottoms & let me say WOW amazing service!! I'm so happy I came here (Dana) was soooo sweet caring & very helpful can't wait to come back to her for my next pair also a lady named (Amber) from customer service was soo helpful & sweet & another woman named (Andrea) from kids department seen I needed help & went out of her way to get what I wanted that's what I'm talking about love good hard working people who actually care about customers xoxo thank you so much to all you ladies

This place is great not only are they helpful the fragrance section anywhere from Creed colognes, to Guerlain and many other tough to find offerings other merchants don't carry. I have been here a few times and have to say the associates are very helpful in making their customers happy. I have yet to be disappointed. Creed Cologne can be and is very expensive and they have let me sample the "King" of colognes Creed Aventus. Nancy at the Creed counter is a very nice lady she let me have a sample of that and Virgin Island Water so a big thank you to her for those. As well as the Tom Ford counter, Guerlain, and Jo Malone. Kudos to you associates as well for my samples!

My entire family will never shop with this company ever again. Repeatedly I have called to make a purchase over the phone on multiple occasions and the last time I was physically in the store. As I called to do an item check I was given the run around as the sales associates sat and let the phone ring, as I watched and sat on the phone for 30 minutes someone picks up the phone and acts like they were searching for the shoe and shortly hung up the phone. Not to mention no one paid enough attention to realize I was in the store the entire time watching this happen! It's ridiculous. But I'm sure my review will be overlooked because what's one unsatisfied customer right? Nothing is ever done unless it makes headlines. The company nor the employees care at all!
