Over the past year, she has been there without fail to ensure that we get to the bottom of any issues encountered (which, granted has been very rare). Whether by email or phone call, she has truly gone above and beyond each time to offer support, while being very warm and encouraging all the while. What can be so daunting at times, especially as a new homeowner, she has made a seamless process with her patient guidance.
Simply put - I trust in State Farm more because of people like Karen.
