Would not use this company expect to pay more then what you reserved price is the managers special car that I went to pick up turned out to be electric. They really should have stated that before you place order. I never had an electric car and not going to learn how to use it on vacation. At the desk I was charged an additional 125$ for the week because it was considered an upgrade to a gas car. even though it was 5$ more a day if I booked the same gas car online prior. Next time I will definitely use a different company.

If I could guve zero starts I would. The car had a dent when I picked it up. At time of return everything is fine, then I receive a call saying I should complete a incident report and that I would be charged for that. the car was in that condition when we rented. Furthermore Lord O yeboah hanged up on me and starting yelling that I should complete an incident report if not they would charge. Oh and let me say I payed for fulll coverage and liability for one million. Dont use this agency. Terrible

The flight was canceled due to the weather. Too many people's schedules are messed up. Neither did I. I had to go home because I had to go to work, but there was no other way. Fortunately, I was able to make a reservation at Dollar Rent a Car in Westchester. My family drove an hour from the accommodation to go there, but there were many other guests. I waited 1 hour to meet the rental car staff, but the answer was that I had to wait 2 hours and that was not guaranteed. Many other guests gave the same answer. I was very angry in such an absurd situation. If you didn't have a rental car, you shouldn't have made a reservation. This is a very irresponsible rental car company. The service of the staff was also bad. Really fortunately, I was able to rent a car from avis car rental next door, so I was able to come home.I will never rent a car from Dollar Rent a Car. I need to use avis rental car frequently.

If I could not leave stars, I would do so. Be very careful with these people if you rent a car with them through websites like Expedia. They are not transparent with the charges and you end up paying almost double the extra charges. I rented a unit with them for 8 days which I only used 2. The unit was dirty with the smell of wet shoes, broken seats and lights came on due to the poor condition of the car. I accepted because it was 3:30am and I was with two children. Better look for another company like Hetz, Avis or even Euro Rent a Car. Anything else I think is better than them.if i could leave 0 starts i would. be careful with this company, when you rent from them using platforms like expedia they are not completely transparent with their charges, when you get there they will charge you almost double of what you see on the website. i rented a unit for 8 days and only used it 2. it was disgusting, dirty, stinks like wet shoes, broken seats and the light panel look like a christmas tree. thats how bad the unit was. I accept it because it was 3:30 am and I was with two little kids. better use another company like hertz or avis. anything else is better than them. for sure

Awful place, they close at 4 on Fridays and didn’t notify of changes to their hours so I was stuck there without a car I had reserved and no help. Who closes at an airport at 4pm on a Friday??
