The cashier by the name of William is one of the most miserable decrepit workers I've encountered. He completely disregarded my questions on merchandise and proceeded to rush my transaction. Its a shame a decent store like this one has to have its image tainted by old farts like william. If you had a poor experience at checkout, it was probably william.

I went in to try two different expensive golf drivers to purchase for my Father’s Day gift. The guy working back there had no idea about golf products but assured me that was his department. After settling on a club, I was told that it would have to be ordered. I agreed, but had to stand there for almost 45 minutes while the sales person tried to order the same wrong club four times in a row while asking for all of my personal information again between each attempt. He finally just printed out the page so he could stop asking me the same questions.
By the way, this is who they have back there to “fit” me for my club.
After it became obvious that he had no idea what he was doing, I had to go behind him and show him the correct club on his computer and walk him through how to order it. When it finally was time to pay, he couldn’t run my card, so he had to call for someone to help him. On top of this, the cashier at the front told me that validated my parking, but he didn’t and I had to pay $3 because I was stuck there so long.
I just called a manager to report this issue and he made bogus excuses about system glitches and how they don’t have anything to do with parking before admitting that they do. No apology from the manager at all…just that he would talk to the person back there. Needless to say that this service was atrocious.

There is an old man at the register he was so rude and annoying ,i just asked kindly a question about my kayak( how or where can i picking up)
his answer was just "if i dont drive my car to the door he will cancel my order(already i parked my car in correct spot and he literally threatened me)
that was not my expecting answer,he could just ask "where is my car ?

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the cashier Lisa. This lady looks like she doesn’t want to work at all annoyed from the moment we stepped up to the cash wrap. I don’t know if she should be working considering she could barely walk and was sweating pretty bad. Then when we go to pay we hand her a $100 bill and she doesn’t even open to check if she had change and automatically tells us she most likely won’t have change. Considering my product was about $50 if she doesn’t have change I don’t know what to say. I then say but this is a store, to which she answered “ I know we are a store” when I read her name tag she says “ya it’s Lisa” in a very condecending way. I ended up leaving my product and not buying at all. If stores ever wonder why customers stop buying in store it’s because nobody wants to deal with people like Lisa. Very disappointed.

i have never experienced better customer service like this. we came in they let us know our online order was cancelled but it was fine we went to the shoe section and roberto was amazing and personable. he helped us pick out new shoes and was cracking us up. stefanie the manager was also amazing and apologized for the inconvenience for the online order. we also drove about an hour for this but this trip was so worth it and would definitely come back to this location again.

Roberto help my son find the soccer cleats he need. He took time to measure his shoe size and find the cleats that he liked. He then asked if they fit good. Overall very helpful and great costumer service.

i came to return an item very simple and purchased another item and they exchanged instead of returning it became a whole to do to undo everything -the managers /clerks are just just downright unpleasant -they need to understand customers should be valued and greeted with a smile - They validated my parking ticket and said its only for 1 hour did not work . Dont bother supporting this store they Dont care about customers !

We went here looking for an ice hockey item and were surprised to see for a sporting goods store they had 1/2 an aisle. My husband and son were pleased with the golf section and the golf simulator, but if you're looking for anything ice hockey related look elsewhere.

One of the worst customer service. They don’t care if you make a purchase or not. I asked someone for help to find me court shoes for squash, he proudly said he never heard of squash and they don’t sell those shoes, laughed and left. Ultimately I had to find third salesperson who was helpful and actually found me court shoes. But overall took me an hour to find one pair of court shoes, I literally had to convince them to sell me the shoes because I needed the shoes. Terrible experience
