The flowers were stupendous and Ashley could not have been more wonderful to work with. She truly listened to us and turned our vision into a reality that exceeded our wildest dreams! (The photos don't do it justice). Can not possibly recommend Ashley and Damselfly highly enough.

Had a terrible experience for my wedding and will forever regret using them as my florist. Ashley has a major attitude problem and cannot take accountability. I got partially refunded for their mistakes but it still doesn’t justify their terrible job. The ceremony arch I asked for vs what I received were so far off, you had to be blind to not get it right. The shape and heights were completely different. It looked so stupid and I am SO embarrassed that my guests actually thought that is something I wanted. I cannot enjoy looking at my wedding photos without being angry. It’s not even about it being to my liking (and what was agreed on) it was just a horrible job. I am so upset that I even paid for anything. This was only one of the handful of issues I had working with them.
I do NOT recommend them. This was my one special day that I can’t get back. I don’t wish this experience on anyone.

Working with Ashley from Damselfly Designs was an absolute dream come true for our wedding florals! From our very first meeting to the big day itself, we were in great hands with Ashley's expertise and creativity guiding us every step of the way.
As someone who pays close attention to detail, I had a lot of feedback and specific requests for our floral arrangements. Ashley not only listened intently to all of my ideas but also implemented changes with grace and precision. Her patience and flexibility were truly remarkable; it was clear that her primary goal was to ensure we were completely happy with every aspect of our wedding flowers.
During our sample meeting, Ashley's knowledge and professionalism shone through. She took the time to name every single flower for me and my parents, which was both educational and impressive. Her ability to pull and replace flowers on the fly to match our vision was incredible, and it made me feel completely at ease knowing we had chosen the right florist.
Communication with Ashley was top-notch throughout the entire process. She was always quick to reply to our messages, and on the rare occasion when she was particularly busy, she would proactively let us know to expect a slight delay in her response. This level of transparency was much appreciated and kept us feeling informed and valued.
A thoughtful touch that didn't go unnoticed was how Ashley ensured her team disassembled our centerpieces after both the sample meeting and the wedding itself. This allowed our parents to take home the beautiful arrangements, which was such a sweet and considerate gesture.
But perhaps the most memorable part of working with Ashley was the beautiful surprise she prepared for our wedding day. In our very first meeting, I had mentioned my favorite flower to her in passing. To my absolute delight, Ashley had incorporated this flower into our entryway arrangements on the day of the wedding. This level of attention to detail and personal touch truly set Ashley apart and made our floral experience unforgettable.

Wow!! I cannot say enough about the flowers at my son’s wedding. They were bursting with beauty and color. Fresh, inviting, summery and just lovely. Ashley listened and guided us and the outcome was even better than I imagined. The bouquet, the centerpieces the ceremony the bridesmaids - everything was gorgeous. Use damselfly for sure for you nxt event!

Damselfly Designs was the florist for my wedding and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Caroline and her team took my vague vision – bright, seasonal and fragrant flowers – and created the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen, which felt so true to who I am. I loved, loved, loved my bouquet and got so many compliments on it. The flowers had great lasting power, although I will warn anyone choosing seasonal wildflowers that they do start to wilt a bit later in the day, haha. Caroline also made planning a breeze – she told me exactly where they’d be across multiple locations on the wedding day, and they carried that out perfectly.

We worked with Damselfly Designs for our 5/11 wedding at Tappan Hill and were beyond impressed!
The florals were gorgeous, bouquets perfect, arch immaculate, centerpieces PURE LUXURY!
Everything was simply elegant; they truly brought our vision to life.
Special shoutout to Ashley! It was a pleasure working with her. Her dependable communication, professionalism, and calming nature really made this a special experience for us.

Damselfly not only delivered beautiful arrangements, but they were amazing to work with! We used them for our wedding at Tappan Hill Mansion in Nov. 2023. I miscounted the number of groomsmen and they were able to send over additional boutonnieres that afternoon, which saved the day! The flowers were great quality and beautifully put together. Caroline had such great ideas and was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She took my Pinterest board and turned it into reality while also incorporating special components to honor my grandparents. Highly recommend!

The team at Damselfly Designs made my wedding unbelievably beautiful and they are the definition of teamwork. I worked with Clarissa, who is a visionary genius and an amazing person. She worked with our wedding coordinator and created the most beautiful chuppah I have ever seen. When the team arrived, we realized we ordered 8 centerpieces instead of 12, (that was our fault, not theirs). They ended up brainstorming and making it work with what we had and everyone still raved about the centerpieces. The bouquet was stunning. I cannot wait to order and work with Damselfly in the future. Everyone who was apart of the team is so kind, patient, hardworking and it was just an absolute pleasure to have them with me on my special day. Hire them!

Damselfly Designs did an AMAZING job on my wedding flowers. Ashley was so pleasant and easy to work with and I was really blown away at how well she brought my vision for the flowers to life. The boutiques and table arrangements by far exceeded my expectations and I got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and different the flowers were! We got married this past October and wanted to do a Gothic theme for our wedding.Having no experience with flowers we had several ideas of what we wanted but no idea where to start.The team here at Damselfly Design took our ideas and through their amazing designs gave them life. We still hear comments about how amazing the archway looked and how gorgeous the colors in the bouquets and centerpieces were.Planning a wedding is stressful but when you have an amazing vendor that stress just melts away.If your looking for a business who does amazing work, knows their stuff and has a great attitude about it look no further because this is your florist.
