Staff is helpful and genuine. I go to this store for years if I need anything the staff always available to assist specially the pharmacy staff ,I love this store.

So I made the mistake of going to Arabas to get an amazing cup of coffee before going inside to shop at CVS. The coffee was hot and very full so I went to drop it into my car but BOOTED.I was gone maybe five mins before they had a boot on my car. The (very polite and kind) tow company guy was sitting in the lot watching the whole time! As nice as he is, you'll be paying 72$ to have your car unbooted.And as I said, the plan was to go into CVS. That didn't happen, and never will again. Plenty of local CVS options and alternatives, this store will not get a dollar of my money ever, ever again.What a way to treat loyal cvs customers, you better only be using their wide open lot for CVS or you will be getting the BOOT!Literally for five mins! And you'll have a boot. No respect for the fact that pretty much everyone parking is a cvs customer at the end of the day. You may not get coffee before CVS, unless you want to spend 70 bucks.Forget this CVS, there is another down the road. Or better yet forget CVS all together as their service is terrible , staff don't care and the whole chain has gone down hill drastically during the pandemic. I'm done with em.

The associates at this location were very helpful and friendly when I stopped in this past Monday. I can't comment on overall stock, but they had the two items I was looking for, but I had a pleasant experience with the associates.

I love this location. Although it does in fact seem outdated I think it serves its purpose. Staff is helpful and genuine. Hope to come back if I need anything. I love this store. Surprisingly it was less busy and honestly some say avoid it. I think it's hit or miss. But I would come back here if I needed to.

The worst 24 hours service!! If you are going to be available to the public 24 hours have the staff available to handle the demand at all times!!! And the staff have the nerve to catch an attitude with costumers who are annoyed by having to jump around from line to line and wait. I was literally was on hold for 30 minutes on the phone while walking into the pharmacy!!! And still after hanging up, dealing with staff attitudes, and being placed on another line I had to wait an additional 15 mins!! CVS please do a whole lot better!!

If I could give it no star, I would. Where do I even Start? I shouldn't even be doing a review but going straight to the BBB with how bad the service is. The lady Mildred obviously hates her job. She is never helpful unless you are of her race. but if you're black she will make it her business to watch you as much as she can. As well as the new black girl in the store with short nappy hair but NO NAME TAG IN SITE. she wouldn't help when I asked for help but definitely came to help when she thought I was stealing . I WORKED HERE YEARS AGO I NEVER STOLE , WHY TF WOULD I STEAL NOW? On top of them having. EXPIRED products on the shelves & in the fridges. AND SO MUCH STUFF LEFT IN THE AISLE MAKING IT HARD TO get through the aisle. The store has fallen off horrible and today just confirmed this needs to be my last day goin there unless the other CVS DONT HAVE .
