The old lady at the desk with the colorful hair is extremely rude. She likes to play games and pretend not to have your medication so you have to go back and forth with your doctor in order to confirm that they DID get your script. I had to pick up medication for my grandfather on a weekly basis and I’ve had this same experience with her every single time to the point where my grandpas surgeon had to call and tell them to stop playing games. I even switched pharmacies cause of this lady. I think it’s something they do to make up for the already long wait times. Anyways accidentally sent my scripts here and was reminded of what a terrible experience it was dealing with that lady at consultation.

The worse CVS in the area, especially the photo dept. Same day photos are never ready and no one seems to know is going on despite having order confirmed and emailed as ready. Huge waste of time.

I would like to begin with that Dr. Camacho has amazing customer service skills. I had the fortunate experience of being helped by one fantastic employee. He did not have to do that, and I really appreciated it. Dr. Camacho went above and beyond and out of his way to help me with a situation with my prescriptions .

Pharmacist is incredibly rude. I called to ask ask if a medication is in stock, which I have been doing with at least 10 other locations before this. I asked to check multiple dosages because with the shortage, my doctor can adjust based on what is available. No other pharmacy gave me an issue with this. This guy said he isn’t going to check multiple for me. So I picked one, and when it was out of stock I asked about a different one and he said “you need to call another store.” and hung up on me. How rude! No other locations had any problem helping to check. I would avoid at all costs. Don’t do a customer facing job if you dont know how to act.

Pharmacy doesn’t pick up the phone, doesn’t respond, and is always understaffed with long lines. Crappiest pharmacy in White Plains.

You have to wait up to 45 minutes, the service is very slow and sometimes they don't give you complete medicine

Lines are long causing long wait periods. You have to wait a long while to get a human geng on the phone. Understaffed.

I enjoy going to CVS near me because it’s right down the hill from my condo. One of the greeters Gisele is very friendly, and when I go there, she always gives me a great big smile which I like and she will even talk to me from time to time, Another great employee there is Samantha

There is no substitute for personal interaction with friendly and efficient employees/staff. I find it increasingly frustrating and unsatisfactory for your stores to become more and more understaffed with greater reliance on self-check-out and inadequate pharmacy staff. For the sake of higher profits CVS is clearly looking to reduce and minimize staffing. In the long run it will backfire. As I say in my profession as an attorney, "representation decisions are based upon relationships". I appreciate dealing with humans who care as much about their jobs as I do about mine, and therefore, are committed to good service and a friendly disposition.

I used to come here all the time and I switched to a small independent pharmacy and I have been so much happier. Popped back in today because I had no other option and it made me remember why I switched. This place is always crowded and understaffed with long lines. They don't pick up their phone. You will have to waste a trip over here just to ask a basic question about your script to be told they can't help you. Also CVS prices are ridiculously expensive. Save yourself aggravation and go to a local independent pharmacy that values your business and knows you, you will be much happier.
