I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The service was extremely disorganized, and it felt like the staff was not properly trained. There were long lines, and the process was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, I was given conflicting information—one representative told me there was no insurance in the system, while another said there were two insurances listed.
It's clear that customer service is a huge issue here, and the lack of coordination among the staff made the situation even more frustrating. This location definitely needs to invest in better staff training to ensure they can provide accurate and efficient service.

I am a physician and called for a patient. I asked to speak to a pharmacist and someone said hold on one moment. Someone else picked up and said "the pharmacist is busy giving 7 covid shots" and hung up on me. It is 830 pm on 1/27/25. I will be going to corporate and telling them this behavior. There couldn't be more than 3 people working at the pharmacy that day. This is unacceptable. I waited 20 min on call to be hung up on.

I’ve been a loyal CVS customer and an member for a while now, but my visit to this CVS location on the night of 10/18 around 9 PM left me shocked and deeply disappointed. When my family and I went to check out, we were attended by an employee named "Carmen", whose name tag was visible. From the moment we interacted with her, it became clear that she was treating us differently, and her behavior quickly crossed into blatant racism.
She spoke to us in a condescending and demeaning way, as if we were incapable of understanding a simple transaction. It was clear from her tone and attitude that she viewed us as inferior. Her disrespect was appalling, and she even used racist language that was both hurtful and completely inappropriate. It’s disturbing that someone like this is allowed to interact with customers in such a derogatory way.
As a loyal CVS member, I’m well aware of how to navigate the checkout process. I don’t need an employee rudely telling me what to do and treating me like I don’t belong. It was incredibly offensive, and I’m still in disbelief that this happened in a CVS store, a place where customers should feel welcomed and respected.
Racist behavior has no place in any business, let alone a company as large and reputable as CVS. It’s unacceptable, and I truly hope that the management takes this seriously. No one should have to experience the kind of treatment my family and I did, and CVS needs to address this issue with the urgency it deserves.

This pharmacy is the worst experience possible. There is always a long line, they are constantly understaffed, and prescriptions which have been assured are ready rarely are. The staff try to help but the cooperate entity which makes all the profit and contract with insurances so you are forced to use CVS refuse to appropriately staff it. It is the worse- use anywhere else, if you have a choice.

I came to the minute clinic here because my daughter had pink eye. I was seen right away and loved my nurse and Dr.
Great treatment, they even discovered she has an ear infection. However, like many of the reviews mentioned, it took forever for the prescription to be filled. I waited with my toddler for about an hour. (Also, for some reason, they did not let me use a good rx coupon.) So that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

The old lady at the desk with the colorful hair is extremely rude. She likes to play games and pretend not to have your medication so you have to go back and forth with your doctor in order to confirm that they DID get your script. I had to pick up medication for my grandfather on a weekly basis and I’ve had this same experience with her every single time to the point where my grandpas surgeon had to call and tell them to stop playing games. I even switched pharmacies cause of this lady. I think it’s something they do to make up for the already long wait times. Anyways accidentally sent my scripts here and was reminded of what a terrible experience it was dealing with that lady at consultation.

The worse CVS in the area, especially the photo dept. Same day photos are never ready and no one seems to know is going on despite having order confirmed and emailed as ready. Huge waste of time.
