I feel that customer service is wonderful because they smile they ask you how you are feeling today how may I help you and if you have any questions and concerns because sometimes you forget to ask questions and I'm so glad they can remind you of that and they're very helpful and willing to explain things to you in the way that makes sense and also they take their time and to listen to you and your needs and wants and also they provide different pictures if there is need to be a drawing of any comments or more directions or instructions that you did not fully understand which is always helpful so that way I feel I have a piece of mind at ease so thank you very much for being a pharmacy that I can go to and trust

I might be the outlier here, but I've been pretty satisfied with this CVS. I needed a Rx filled on an emergency basis, and they were able to do it. It is a very busy pharmacy, and they could use more staff, but that's a problem pretty much everywhere.

The last two months have been the WORST after literally 10 years of filling prescriptions at this CVS. I am currently on hold for the second time today and have been for at least 30 minutes. Heck, I was on hold for OVER AN HOUR one time two months ago!!!! So I went over there...for crying out loud, there are PLENTY OF PEOPLE AT THE PHARMACY to answer the phone!!!!!! This CVS has changed for the worse. This is the last time I fill a prescription here.EDIT: I wrote this review an hour ago. I’ve just been by there…the phone was constantly going “Three pharmacy calls, three pharmacy calls, four pharmacy calls……” If you need to get in touch with these people, call the very second they open and say your prayers. Oh, and the pharmacy section itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

I absolutely love this CVS, the best of all are the employees they are so nice and attentive! Ricky that works in the photo section helped me a lot when printing my photos and his expertise was really helpful. Thanks!!

No one ever picks up from the pharmacy. I have been on the phone for over 30 min a day for 2 days in a row. I've tried calling at different hours to try to avoid the busy time but I can't get a call in ever. Highly disappointed, I am likely going to cancel my carepass account.

Terrible, rude, un-professional and so unsanitary/dirty. It is the most affordable yes, and it has easy access for seniors and disabled people to get there with the Beeline, but if you can go ANYWHERE else, pay a little more, walk a little further, do it. NOT WORTH IT, you get what you pay for with this place.I had an Rx called in on a Friday morning and wasn't back in town locally to pick up said Rx until that next Tuesday, which gives them almost two whole business days to get that Rx or contact me that it wasn't going to be filled immediately. I didn't hear anything, and after trying to call and having no one pick up the phone I walked down to the store itself. Right away you walk and see trash everywhere. There were pill packages and left over medicine boxes all over the place and near the register. I was told by the register person that the meds hadn't even been ordered Friday. That NO ONE had ordered them Monday or that Tuesday morning. They told me to come back tomorrow, and I asked for the manager's name. Apparently, he was there and asked what I wanted his name for. I said to make a complaint. He tried to tell me about the meds HE didn't order, and how it would take a few days because of yadda yadda. I told him, I had been taking this Rx for over 17 years and never had this problem, ever.I then called corporate and they were no help either. The manager in charge of their customer relations line, pretended we had a bad connection until I asked her a particular question, then she started losing it over the phone.I ended up having the Rx sent to the Rite-Aid in Hartsdale. They filled it in less than 12 hours. They called to tell me, and they were super helpful when I went to pick it up. This place is atrocious, if I could give it no stars, I would.
