This is the worst CVS pharmacy in WESTCHESTER county. They hate everyone. They are slow as molasses on purpose and have extreme attitude issues. Also they never ever open on time. CVS corporate probably hasn't been to this store in five years. Avoid at all costs.

This CVS on Knollwood in Greenbergh is a wonderful store with helpful employees and a great pharmacy! It is always well run and in a great location with plenty of parking.

Looks like this store on Knolwood Rd is going out of business. Shelves empty and selection is minimal. Not clean and appears run down. Not a good representation of the CVS brand!

This branch is my go-to pharmacy because of its proximity to my home. Last Thursday, May 9, I went from my doctor's office after a surgical procedure to the 101 Knollwood Rd. pharmacy in White Plains to have three prescriptions filled: an anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, and pain medication. The pharmacist took it upon himself not to fill the prescription for acetaminophen 3 with codeine saying that the anti-inflammatory was sufficient for pain. When the doctor's office called the next morning as a follow-up to my surgery, I told the nurse what happened. The doctor called in the order for acetaminophen 3 with codeine again. The pharmacy never notified me that the medication was ready and made my husband wait over half an hour to fill it. This unilateral judgement by the pharmacist was totally uncalled for and caused me unnecessary discomfort. I saw the doctor yesterday to have the dressings changed and the question of the pain medication came up. He was incensed at the arrogance of the young man in the pharmacy at about 4:30 p.m. on May 9 denying me the medication and the total lack of consideration the next day on May 15, 2019 10 when he again called in the prescription for acetaminophen 3 with codeine. I believe management should do some in-service training with their staff. I am NOT addicted to pills, and I do NOT abuse medications. I take them when I need them without someone else deciding for me whether or not I am in pain.

Everyone in the pharmacy is so great - especially Patel who has saved me a bunch of money by knowing how to recode a bunch of prescriptions that had been incorrectly coded. The pharmacy cashiers are all super nice and friendly. Also easy parking unlike the Ardsley CVS...

One of the smaller locations. Many times they do not carry the merchandise that's in the sale circular.
