The team was super helpful Chris and Amina could not be any more helpful guiding us through the process of moving in. 5 stars all around would definitely recommend.

PARKING- dont leave your vehicle in the building's parking lot, the valet parking leaves the car keys inside or loses them and they will not be held responsible, they will ask you to send an email and they will never contact you again.

This place anit worth a dime. They fired William who fixed everything and was so helpful and Curtis who always did his best to make sure things was getting done. Rest of the staff are just rude and liars. They never fix anything on time nor do they come to check on repairs. My AC never works . My bathroom cabinet is falling apart . It’s smells in this building and just getting dirty. Outside people are coming in using the pool , gym and just hanging around like it’s ok.
Front desk is always on break somewhere. Thank God I’m moving this winter. I had enough of this place .

Make sure to not get an apartment next to the trash Shute your apartment will smell like garbage 24/7 I just put in a request bc the smell is just getting awful to stand. The pool is always packed but thats a given when the building is mainly family oriented. Maintenance is pretty spot on when you need something done so no complaints there. Concierge is alright they seem to never be there when I need help but also just depends who is working at the time! Love my parking staff always the sweetest. The office staff has always been nice but there are things that haven’t been resolved and at this point isn’t worth trying to get done. Amenities are alright as well I used to use the gym but it’s so small you’d have to go at odd times to work out to get a good work out in with out having to wait for things and be prepared to have non residents go work out in there! Had someone admit that they didn’t even live here but such easy access so they come anyways!
Overall my rate is a 2 star bc the apartment itself is just not worth the price your paying for but I would give the people working here a 4 star because they really are trying there best??♀️

In 18 months, the building’s fallen into shocking, inexcusable disrepair. My experience:
Leasing: They don’t want to be here and lock the doors to avoid us. Lots of staff turnover, so many are clueless. At first, we had to use Verizon. Last summer they began extending Single Digits to 55 - a long process with hiccups. We never got notification that the work was done or an activation link. They just started billing. Likewise, when they switched to a new building app, we didn’t receive an activation link. I had to stop by MULTIPLE TIMES to get the app and internet set up. I’ve still not been refunded for double paying for internet, but the staff is so clueless and unfriendly, it’s not worth fighting.
Concierge: 2 desks but just 1 person, and that person spends more time on breaks than not. Package issues have improved since giving us app access to the package room. BUT, no one ever being there is still an issue for deliveries, for visitors, AND – THIS IS CRUCIAL - because people just randomly wander into the building! Yes, non-residents JUST WANDER INSIDE AND USE/DESTROY AMENITIES. I’ve witnessed maintenance staff escort them out and then go check with the Concierge but no one’s there.
Maintenance/Cleaning: Poorly maintained building. Full stop. Specifics below, but it’s not even cleaned regularly. Before, the common areas were clean (necessary since disrespectful residents leave trash around), but no more. Resident floors are NEVER cleaned. My floor’s been vacuumed once, when it was so gross I put in a request myself. No one checks basics - door handles, ceiling tiles, scratches/dents, leaks, non-working lights and outlets, peeling/torn wallpaper…
Elevators: The 55 elevators never all work. In 18 months, we’ve had 3 consecutive months with all 3 working. For nearly 200 units, THIS IS A CODE VIOLATION! Do they not care about the elderly, disabled, small children, or those on higher floors? When the service elevator is used by maintenance or for moves, we’re down to ONE ELEVATOR FOR NEARLY 200 UNITS.
Laundry: Missing ceiling tiles and leak. There’ve never been more than 2 washers and 2 dryers working. Saturday, one washer worked, but no dryers. And, ONLY ONE OUTLET on the dryer wall works. (I lost $6 figuring this out.) We have in-unit laundry, but large bedding doesn’t fit in our machines.
Dog-washing: DISGUSTING AND HAZARDOUS! The lights don’t work, so it’s dark. The ceiling has collapsed. The drain is clogged. It smells horrible. This is not just wet dog smell; it’s plumbing.
Dog-relief area: ALSO DISGUSTING AND HAZARDOUS! First, it’s a crap location! It catches all the water, so it’s always flooded. Many residents fail to pick up after their dogs, but someone should still clean/maintain this space. I won’t bring my dog here for fear she’d catch Giardia.
1st floor commons/lounge: Missing door handles everywhere. Discarded trash. Someone clearly soiled/destroyed a bench cushion, so they removed it months ago. Has it been replaced? No. We have screens that were once connected to Captivate, but no more. Did they stop paying the subscription?
Gym: Fixed the ceiling, but won’t replace broken equipment.
Barbecue Grills: Never cleaned, broken.
Business Center: Non-working outlets, so make sure your laptop’s charged beforehand.
Penthouse Lounges: Like the pool, often overrun by kids and more guests than permitted without a reservation. 57 is “closed indefinitely” due to a leak, which I’m sure they’ll take their time addressing.
Parking in front: We get strongly worded messages sometimes and briefly they were booting cars for using short-term parking for long stays, but no more. They placed cheap red plastic stanchions that are now falling apart to direct traffic. They are broken, useless eyesores.
How can they charge such rent and still allow the building to fall so r

The gym is filthy and hot. Management is aware that equipment has been missing/broken for months and it remains unresolved. I have lived here for two years and in that time only 1/3 of the gym has been air conditioned, if you enjoy hot yoga and filthy equipment you will be fine. I have had to look at the same pile of sand on the ground in the gym for the last week -- if they cannot clean that up, I know they are not cleaning the machines.
Clean the gym and turn on the AC. The building feels like a sweatshop and it smells. Nothing will change -- management will comment and apologize. I am moving out!
UPDATE 7/15: management says the AC will be fixed next week...lets see. It has been in need of repair since last summer. Management said the gym will be cleaned...I will follow up. Management did not address the missing/broken equipment.
UPDATE 7/22: Management deleted their response. The AC is still not working.

I called and could only talk to a robot. It booked me for an apartment tour, and when I showed up, the front desk staff was dismissive and rude and wouldn’t give us a tour (wouldn’t even look at our text and email confirmations). Immediate red flags — there’s plenty of other, nicer apartments in this city.
Update: looks like management responded to this review (weeks later) by blaming whatever other company they outsourced tours to. LOL. My brother, you are the one who outsourced in the first place. It’s your building, the failure is ultimately on you. This place is a joke!

This apartment shares utility fee. My lease ends this month and I moved out last month. I still had to pay utility fee because we are "sharing" electricity and gas. I paid $155 wihtout using any utilities.
The leasing office is awful too. They forget if they got deposit fee or not. Second, their office is always closed even though it is their working hour. Lastly, people who works in the leasing office choose if they want to work or not by their mood. They said "I'm not in the mood right now, so come later."
If you loose key during non-office hour, you pay $100 in order to open your door because security has to drive all the way from the New Jersey to open the door for you.
There are so many good apartments here in the white plains. Find different place to live.

Ac in bedrooms still not working and it’s going on past a month. Claimed missing a part but how long does it really take to replace a part ? Apt is stuffy without ac on and it’s getting hot outside which will make it even worse.

building is nice, a lot of amenities but Andrea in the office made my experience. She is a ray of sunshine always helpful with a smile on her face!
