I bought my glasses at this place. My first time being at this place was a great experience. The eyewear consultant was helpful. Super informative and very polite. definitely recommend people to check it out.. before store moves to a new location.

I will not revisit or refer anyone to the White Plains, NY location.The optimetrist and Roget are very unprofessional.. They treated me like I had to buy everything they were selling..very uncomfortable feeling.

I had a problem with a pair of glasses that I purchased from Cohen's Fashion Optical in the White Plains Galleria, and Roget replaced the frames quickly and courteously. It is nice to see a store stand behind the product it sells. I would highly recommend this store generally, and Roget specifically.
