If you want the best club fitter in the northeast, then you go see Sean Connor. Hands down the most bespoke experience one could have. You can’t teach what he knows. All aspects and metrics of the game are on another level. A true asset to the game. Before going to a big box store, stop in and see Sean.

Had an amazing fitting experience with Sean Connor at Club Champion in White Plains. Sean took the time to explain every step of the fitting process and broke down every stat on the screen. In addition to his expertise, Sean has a great sense of humor and is very easy to get along with. He's a local guy who knows the courses and understands the needs of all levels of golfers. I highly recommend Club Champion and working with Sean for your next fitting. I can't wait to get my new set of irons out on the course and am already looking to schedule a putter fitting.

I started to play golf again after many years and was using my 30+ year old clubs. I decided it was time to treat myself to new clubs. I am so glad I made the decision to get fitted and purchase my clubs at Club Champion!Sean Connor was an absolute pro in helping me select the clubs that were right for me. He skillfully evaluated my swing, listened to my feedback as I tried each club, proficiently analyzed the Trackman data and then made adept club selections and appropriate adjustments until we both agreed that the clubs were the right fit for me. He patiently answered my many questions - boy the technology has changed in 30 years! - and was a complete pleasure to work with. And, the price point of the clubs was comparable to other stores that sell golf equipment. The final result is that I now have a bag of clubs that fit into my budget and, more importantly, have dramatically improved my game. I honestly love my new clubs and truly do not think I would have chosen clubs that were right for me had I gone to one of the other "sports stores" that sell golf equipment. If you are in the market for new clubs I highly recommend Club Champion as the place to go. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

5 stars for the actual fitting but DO NOT BUY YOUR CLUBS from Club Champion. Go get your fitting but buy your clubs from manufacturer.I got fitted for all my irons (4i - PW). My total cost was 2,500.I went on the Titleist website and my exact specs cost 1,250.....

Great fitting experience. If you are a more experienced golfer, I highly recommend these guys. However, get your specs and buy from the manufacturer. With my exact specs, I saved about $1,400 doing so.

Would highly recommend this store for a club fitting. I had a full bag fitting with Sean Conner, I was a little apprehensive as I had never been fit before and from the minute I walked in the door I was made feel at ease. The fitting was an extremely enjoyable experience, Sean was knowledgeable , friendly and patient during the fitting which took about 4 hours. There was no bias to any particular brand and no pressure to buy from club champion. I did however purchase my clubs with Club Champion and will be back to this store for any future fittings .

I can not say enough good things about Club Champion and Sean who fit me this past Saturday. The studio is professional, comfortable and has any club on the market on display for you to hold. They offer refreshments during the fitting and you’ll need it with all the swings you’ll be taking. The fitting itself was all I could have asked for. Sean was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and laid back. He worked through my bag going though new shafts and then club heads for each aspect of my game. Throughout the process he was informative and worked with the feedback I was giving as well as the numbers on the sim. Once the clubs were decided on we walked through the pricing. I never once felt pushed or persuaded to buy any club shaft or product. We simply looked at what performed the best and worked within my budget. In the end I walked away with the dream set of clubs that I can not wait to put into playAll in all, I had 10/10 experience and can not recommend Club Champion and Sean enough. Do not hesitate to visit.

Sean C at Club Champion in White Plains made the fitting process seamless and enjoyable. I've had two fittings with Sean now, for my putter and driver. The results of both fittings were even better than I had imagined and Sean was a polished professional throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean at this location to any player who is considering being fit!

I have to share my sheer joy at how my new clubs performed. I went from a 20.9 to 16.3 this year - far exceeding my expectations.Sean Connor in the White Plains store was a joy to work with. He even gave me a simple tip on my wedges that has me chipping and pitching with utmost confidence. I used to avoid it at all costs, but now my lob wedge is my favorite club. This 68 yo is playing his best golf ever (I've been playing since age 10) and absolutely loving the experience. I was so happy with my irons I went back for a Putter fitting - drained a 40 footer for birdie on my first round with it.I'm convinced I will break 80 in 2023.Thank you Sean and Club Champion for energizing my game!

I did a full fitting with Sean who did an excellent job. We went through a series of different irons, drivers, and then a putter fitting. He took his time, had great recommendations that were completely unbiased on brand, price, etc. It was refreshing to have someone who I felt was truly on my team to figure out how to improve the game. He went above and beyond to help me out, was a great communicator to let me know when my clubs were ready, and overall just did an exceptional job. Will definitely be back for a future fitting and more purchases!

I had a putter fitting at the Club Champion in White Plains in November, 2021. I worked with Justin Lindh. Justin is a superstar! We talked about what I was looking for, hit some putts with my old putter and ultimately was fit into a putter that was the perfect fit for me. It was very interesting to see the numbers and the difference between my old putter and the putter I was fit for on the SAM PuttLab. During the fitting I was using an LA Golf shaft because I was interested in graphite. When the fitting was over I told Justin I liked the feel of the graphite shaft but didn’t want to spend too much extra on a shaft upgrade. After talking and looking around at their options I decided on the KBS One Step putter shaft. It’s not a graphite shaft but thought it was a good option for me with the budget I had.Unfortunately, KBS had some major supply issues. The expected date of the shaft arriving kept getting pushed back. Justin was in constant communication with KBS and kept me up to date throughout.Eventually, he was told the shaft wouldn’t be in until October. At this point he reached out to his contacts and a day later told me he could get me the putter with the LA Golf shaft I used during my fitting at no extra cost!A week later I swung by the store and now I have my new putter and absolutely love it! It rolls so well and I have so much confidence with it in my hands.I cannot thank Justin enough for everything he did. I have never in my life had an employee at a company go as far above and beyond as Justin did. For any of my future fitting needs I will definitely be going back to Justin at Club Champion. I really appreciate everything he did and I will say it one more time; Thank you Justin (and Club Champion) for everything you did, I’m so grateful!

I had never been fitted for clubs before. The store was in great shape. The visit was smooth--Justin Lindh was a huge help, explaining the nuances of my swing and clubs and providing thoughtful feedback and recommendations. Justin was very patient and attentive, helping to narrow down my options before re-testing any final choices just to be sure I was making the right calls. It was a very enjoyable process, and I'd recommend the store and Justin to friends looking for a club fitting.

Nothing but good things to say about this place and it's staff. I'm confused with the people that are bashing or leaving negative reviews. For starters, if you want quality, it's never free or cheap. If you just want to casually play golf once or twice a month and are not looking to improve your game or get better at certain parts of your game maybe look into a package set of clubs at a sporting goods store and go have fun. But if you're really trying to improve and get better at this difficult game we all love, then Club Champion is where I would recommend you go. My first real fitting experience was with the White Plains, NY location and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. I split up my fitting into two parts, first iron & wedges one day and then another day for driver/woods/hybrid. I want to emphasize to anyone reading this "it's a process". It's not like walking into a sporting goods store, buying what you think looks nice and then taking that home. The process is pretty detailed and it's all "numbers and statistics based". What I mean is, they aren't trying to sell you the most expensive things they have or offer. If the results and numbers are better, then that's what they recommend. You may want to try certain brands because you like that particular brand, that's great, they'll do that. But they will also compare that brand or club with others that may better suit you and your swing or your game. In the end they recommend based on best results and ultimately the customer makes the final decision anyway. I walked in there dead set on wanting Callaway Apex irons and Ping driver. I definitely tried those clubs but when compared to other clubs I tested, it was not the most beneficial for me. I walked out of there purchasing 3 different brands in the end. Mizuno irons, Callaway wedges, & Taylor Made driver and 3wood. Again, it's a process. Justin at the White Plains store has been extremely helpful with every aspect of the fitting process as well as tweaking certain details in my clubs. I can't imagine ever making another golf club purchase without testing it first. I will never buy "off the rack" again. Understanding the fitting process has made this whole thing and even more enjoyable experience. With the pandemic and supply chain issues some things do take longer to get than others, but is that really Club Champion's fault? Looking at some of these reviews I would say is pretty unfair to say that because things took longer than expected , it's the fault of the fitter or the location itself. I travel almost 5 hours to Club Champion in White Plains, NY because it's the closest one to me as I live north of Albany and North of Saratoga and Lake George even. If they didn't do such a great job, and I didn't care about my game as much as I do then I wouldn't be making these long trips there. Planning on making a trip there in the next few weeks for "loft and lie" check on my clubs (which is done for the life of the clubs as long as you own them). Look forward to seeing my guy Justin and hopefully get dialed in for the upcoming 2022 golf season. This was definitely long winded but I felt it was necessary.... Happy Golfing =)
