Professional and personable problem solvers.The people working at this bank branch are the main reason I'm still banking with Chase. This was the best experience I've ever had at a Chase bank after 12 years of banking with them. My 1st time at this Chase branch and definitely not my last.Other Chase bank branches in the area were unable to resolve the issue I was having with my account. It was recommended I go to this specific Chase bank... I'm glad I did.The bank manager Mohamed exceeded my expectations in every way. Even if he couldn't have resolved the issue, I would have wrote this review and gave 5 stars because he did everything in his power to help me.

I tried calling every Chase Bank to ask a question and this is the only branch that answered. The rep was very kind in assisting me and I really appreciate it.

This bank is filthy dirty outside I am disabled don’t know how to use their ATM I can’t get a hold of anybody to help me I think I need to change banks

Took my savings bonds for deposit into my checking account without hesitation. Polite and efficient! They even ordered me checks to go along with the account. Waited 25 minutes at the CapitalOne down the street to be turned away for the same transaction... I will be closing my CapitalOne accounts and cancelling all products soon. Go Chase!

The staff at this branch are helpful, but I can’t get over the fact that Chase pumped over $317 Billion into fossil fuels since the Paris Accord was signed in 2016. They are driving the climate crisis, so I am changing to a different bank!

What a nice bank teller took care of me today, don't know her name but her attitude was a perfectly 100%.
Nice to see this kind of customer service when last time, in another branch, a bank teller made fun of me bc I wrote a number "7" that looked like a number "1"...

Excellent Local branch that gives small town feel. Always helpful within reason ( within Banking regulations). Staff always professional, knowledgable and friendly. Never had a negative experience.
