I've been dealing with some estate issues for the family and Chase Bank has done an absolutely stellar job. Be it in California or New York. The people are on top of their game. They are very thorough. Friendly and want to help. Tim did a great job as did Cynthia. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and getting the job done.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but every time I come here for notary I get upset and the same thing happens. I ask for a notary somebody says "you have to wait" in a slightly rude manner with no other info and then I watch as notaries go about their business and make me wait for insanely long stretches.Today I waited for 15 minutes while one guy had a clearly non urgent phone call with a colleague that lasted for the entire time I was there. He could have easily notarized while on the phone given the nature of the call. The other notary helped someone else and then when she finished told me she had to make a call and I would have to wait 15 minutes more.Don't make me wait or provide some kind of information about wait time, don't just grunt the word "wait" at me.I might not be in the silver lake bubble but all 7 of my accounts are with chase and customers deserve some basic level of service regardless of whether they think I have have millions with them or just need a notary.

This small but friendly Bank may not have thelocal theme of downtown WP, but it is THE BEST when it comes to Customer Service, very helpful Tellers, and a free lot behind and across the street. I have closer branches but go out of my way here where I get 5 Star Banking.

What a disorganized bank. I have been sitting here for over 35 minutes waiting for a notary. He supposedly leaves at 1- I called before I arrived. I have never seen a place so rude nor have I EVER had to wait so long for a signature. I came here out of convenience- never again. Save yourself the headache and go to another branch.

I waited 20 minutes to start a debit card with Chase but they were more interested in the helping people they knew first then the ones that had been waiting there before them. especially the woman that works there. she came out as being nice, but when someone comes after me that means they will be helped AFTER me not before and tell me I would have to wait another 20 minutes
