As a usual 360 online customer, it was exciting to see real Bank Employees and other customers in person and face to face. Over the past few years, Capital one has shut down several branches. I drove over an hour to arrive at this one. The employees handled Customer Service well, the building was well kept from the outside and clean inside. I think I expected it to feel a little more cozier. Maybe 2 large vibrant plants at the entryway and some kind of wall decor. If you're not serving coffee yet from the pandemic, maybe put the lonely pot away for now. The Managers that helped me were inviting and went above and beyond. I would definitely drive her again for the in-person experience. It felt more efficient.
