Needed singles for city business and teller didn't have enough had to go to another teller. Is this a bank? She wasn't very nice. Also needed dollar coins and it was like I was pulling teeth, another teller made me wait until her draw could open, it never did. My cd matures soon will be looking into another bank even if it has a lower rate.

at 02/02/2024, I went to the branch to open a joint account with my wife and couldn't open it because the assistant wasn't helpful. I told him that I had already tried the account online and could, and after called to the bank and was oriented to go in person to the branch to open an account, he insisted for me doing online again....For real, I can't understand why a bank spends millions in advertising to get clients and employees not to care for the bank business and let a potential client leave the branch without an account... but thank you so much for avoiding me from future problems with this worst clients assistance... I opened the account on Chase Bank, which has a great client assistance...

Jac the bank manager was absolutely so amazing and helpful. He found a way to get what we needed while having a smile on his face and a bit of humor. He made an impossible situation possible. In addition, Ryan the cashier was so patient and kind with making sure we were set with everything we needed. Jac and Ryan made a bad day into a great one- thank you!

Been in twice, both times the bank failed. Last September I needed a cashier check, the tellers couldn’t figure out how to print it and tried to make me drive to Eastchester instead. Eventually after 40 minutes I got my check. Today my wife stopped in for another cashier’s check at 4:30 and was told they were out of cashier checks. Time to find a new bank that will let us access our money anytime they are open.

Stopped in for a cashier’s check and was told they were out. Staff provided no practical solutions to meet our withdrawal need and left us stranded with our money essentially held hostage.

As a usual 360 online customer, it was exciting to see real Bank Employees and other customers in person and face to face. Over the past few years, Capital one has shut down several branches. I drove over an hour to arrive at this one. The employees handled Customer Service well, the building was well kept from the outside and clean inside. I think I expected it to feel a little more cozier. Maybe 2 large vibrant plants at the entryway and some kind of wall decor. If you're not serving coffee yet from the pandemic, maybe put the lonely pot away for now. The Managers that helped me were inviting and went above and beyond. I would definitely drive her again for the in-person experience. It felt more efficient.

I went to this branch to seek some assistance with a new CD account that I recently opened up. The bank teller GIANNA was immediately short tempered, impatient and dismissive. She told me I didn’t need wait on line for that and that it can be done online. I explained to her that I had attempted to navigate online with no success and thats the reason I came in person to seek help. She once again mentioned that everything can be done online which is the only solution she was willing to offer. She rudely told me to step aside and she would have me do it myself. I waited 25 minutes on the line for GIANNA to take 5 seconds out of her day to tell me to step aside and figure it out myself. Not only was she not helpful, she was unwelcoming, rude and had a nasty attitude.

Went to open a cd. The teller was very helpful and polite. She was patient with us as we opened up the app on our phone. However captial one was to take money from our primary account in 2-3 business days. It's now 2 weeks , no movement. Going there today. Good luck trying to get help on line
