The billing dept is the worst. They billed my Medicare and Medicaid and got paid everything that they were suppose to . And a year and a half still chasing me for more money . Well I had a lady from Medicare call her and tell the billing she is wrong, and billing agent argue with Medicare. Medicare told the billing agent is you do stop your company will be hit a 250,000 dollar fine . What Byram is doing is called cross billing and it's illegal when dealing with Medicare and Medicaid period .

Each time I place an order they claim our old and outstanding bill I have Medicaid and Medicare I have gave them the number they still do the same thing every time I try to reorder I am sick of it so I'm reading them so they can do better a one star

Your web it is so difficult to log in and when I want to use the chat it is always saying it is not working also by phone it is so difficult to contact you I just want to pay my bill and cancel the service with you. if you have someone to call me to pay y bill it would be great

Terrible, ordered libre sensors a month ago and I was told today that they just got shipped. Only two weeks after my last sensor ran out, leaving me two weeks+ without glucose readings. They didn't even notify me there was a problem until I was out of sensors.

Absolute shit show of a company. I've tried updating my insurance on their website at least 10x and I've tried calling to straighten out my insurance and bill as well as trying the chat feature. No one will help me.

I at first didn't have any concerns with this place compared to a previous medical supplier but realized pretty soon that when I had billing issues with Byram I had several problems. One being I discovered they were trying to bill the wrong insurance, failed to properly send me billing statements as a whole for all my services (thinking I only had 2 bills there was actually 5), then after insurance failing to pick any of the balance up of what I owed I received a late night call from someone that the only word i understood was Byram. The biggest problem is no communication and when you do talk to them it's never someone that speaks clear English. I'm definitely done using these people's services.
